  • Automatic Reply Out of Hours

    Is there a way i can use a rule or "timer" of some sort to turn on out of office, or enable an auto reply for 1 mailbox (Sales mailbox) within a time period. Reason: We deal with all timezones, we only open 6am-8pm. critical sales are sometimes lost the automatic reply will involve a telephone number for emergency sales. (yes, spam i know) I wish the auto reply to come from "[email protected]" if this is possible. I've lokekd at transport rules, cant see anything. I cant word my question well enough for google to give an answer.

If Things look weird it is because this is part of a much bigger grab bag of sorting functions I'm creating to get a sense of how to sort numbers,letters,arrays,and the like! I'm basically having some troubles with the manipulation of strings in C currently. Also, I'm quite limited in my knowledge of C at the moment! When I use fgets() it's doing this thing where I get a null word for the first spot of the array. I have had other issues recently trying to scanf() char[] in certain ways specifically spacing my input word variables which "magically" gets rid of the first null space before the character. An example of this is using scanf() to write "Hello" and getting " Hello" or " ""Hello"... Appreciate any thoughts on this, I've got all summer to study up so this doesn't need to be answered with haste! Also, thank you stack overflow as a whole for being so helpful in the past. This may be my first post, but I have been a frequent visitor for the past couple of years and it's been one of the best places for helpful advice/tips.

    I've been trying to switch two views from two separate view controllers for a while and it never works, the simulator always crashes to the home screen. Also made the SwitchViewsViewController load first, and not MainWindow. Everything builds but when I try to run the app it crashes and sends it to the home screen. Can anyone help me with this?

    I'm trying to implement some functions to manipulate a linked list. The implementation is a template typename T and the class is 'List' which includes a 'head' pointer and also a struct: struct Node { // the node in a linked list T* data; // pointer to actual data, operations in T Node* next; // pointer to a Node }; Since it is a template, and 'T' can be any data, how do I go about checking the data of a list to see if it matches the data input into the function? The function is called 'retrieve' and takes two parameters, the data and a pointer: bool retrieve(T target, T*& ptr); // This is the prototype we need to use for the project "bool retrieve : similar to remove, but not removed from list. If there are duplicates in the list, the first one encountered is retrieved. Second parameter is unreliable if return value is false. E.g., " Employee target("duck", "donald"); success = company1.retrieve(target, oneEmployee); if (success) { cout << "Found in list: " << *oneEmployee << endl; } And the function is called like this: company4.retrieve(emp3, oneEmployee) So that when you cout *oneEmployee, you'll get the data of that pointer (in this case the data is of type Employee). (Also, this is assuming all data types have the apropriate overloaded operators) I hope this makes sense so far, but my issue is in comparing the data in the parameter and the data while going through the list.     I need a keyboard shortcut for Merge & Center. I'd like it to be Ctrl+Shift+M. I am unfamiliar with Macros as was suggested in another answer and when I go to Options, I can't find shortcuts...I tried to follow the Help info, but as was already answered the Excel Customize Ribbon doesn't have the same options that Word 2010 does. So, how do I go about it step by step? I know this is for superuser...and I'm not one...but I hope to be one some day. Please help me on the way. Thanks.

    You can serve static files with Sinatra by placing them in public/ (by default) -- I have an index.html in there at the moment, but how can I make the root point to that file without having to parse it as a template? To be clear, I can access /index.html successfully, and I'd like to route / to be the same static file, but without redirecting. Any idea how to do this?

  • Why does my UI controls work on iPhone but not iPad?

    I have an iPhone app, which consists of a table view containing various custom UITableViewCells, with UISlider and UISwitch controls. When running the app on the iphone, I can move the slider and switches contained in each of the table cells. When I run the same app on the iPad. I can not. None of the controls within the table view will respond to touches. I have checked 'User Interaction Enabled' within the Interface Builder. Anybody got any suggestions of where I should be looking for the cause of different behavior between the iPhone and iPad, in respect to UIControls.

    I have an ASP pg with a formview list control on it that hooks up to a sql database customer table I want to access the customer name outside the form. How do I: A) access the bound text box in the form view template? Something like Text1.text=formview1.customername.text (that doesn't work but that's the kinda thing) B) access the database field in the table that the sqlsource connects to to feed the formview Really appreciate the help. I bet it's easy to do but I'm just not getting there.

  • Hot to implement grails server-side-triggered dialog, or how to break out of update region after AJA

    In grails, I use the mechanism below in order to implement what I'd call a conditional server-side-triggered dialog: When a form is submitted, data must first be processed by a controller. Based on the outcome, there must either be a) a modal Yes/No confirmation in front of the "old" screen or b) a redirect to a new controller/view replacing the "old" screen (no confirmation required). So here's my current approach: In the originating view, I have a <g:formRemote name="requestForm" url="[controller:'test', action:'testRequest']", update:"dummyRegion"> and a <span id="dummyRegion"> which is hidden by CSS When submitting the form, the test controller checks if a confirmation is necessary and if so, renders a template with a yui-based dialog including Yes No buttons in front of the old screen (which works fine because the dialog "comes from" the dummyRegion, not overwriting the page). When Yes is pressed, the right other controller & action is called and the old screen is replaced, if No is pressed, the dialog is cancelled and the "old" screen is shown again without the dialog. Works well until here. When submitting the form and test controller sees that NO confirmation is necessary, I would usually directly redirect to the right other controller & action. But the problem is that the corresponding view of that controller does not appear because it is rendered in the invisble dummyRegion as well. So I currently use a GSP template including a javascript redirect which I render instead. However a javascript redirect is often not allowed by the browser and I think it's not a clean solution. So (finally ;-) my question is: How do I get a controller redirect to cause the corresponding view to "break out" of my AJAX dummyRegion, replacing the whole screen again? Or: Do you have a better approach for what I have in mind? But please note that I cannot check on the client side whether the confirmation is necessary, there needs to be a server call! Also I'd like to avoid that the whole page has to be refreshed just for the confirmation dialog to pop up (which would also be possible without AJAX). Thanks for any hints!

  • How can I forward certain emails based on header information with Postfix?

    We receive service requests via a particular email. The request is then forwarded to other addresses, using an entry in virtual_alias_maps. Upon seeing the word "EMERGENCY" in the subject line of a request to this email, I would also like to forward this to another address (an alias of our administrator's SMS email addresses). I think I can accomplish this with header checks and the REDIRECT command. However, REDIRECT only sends it to the redirected address, not the forwarded addresses. In the case of "EMERGENCY" I would like it to go to the redirect address and the original forwarded addresses. I am fairly new to Postfix and I feel like I am missing something here. Any suggestions?

  • Windows Server: Do I really need servers in remote locations?

    I have one main site with several servers an a 2008/2012 environment. I have 4 remote sites that are physically close (a few miles apart) and are all connected to the main site by 20meg fiber on a private network. At each of the remote locations I have a windows server that users log in to and where their files and apps are located. There are many considerations to answering this question. But the first thing I am wondering is do I really need a server at each location? Users are just logging in to this server for permissions and a vast majority of my users are only using word, excel and email. I am really interested in figuring out if I need servers at these locations. $3,000 to $4,000 per server every 3-5 years, licensing, administration... I know there are other considerations - speed, redundancy, if my link to the main site goes down the users have nothing. But I just am not convinced I need servers at these locations.

    I am trying to redirect an old website that was on Godaddy's website builder and Quick Blogcast to a new site on Wordpress. I have no problems redirecting from the old page structure to the new one. For example: For example: http://sapientservicesllc.com/About_Us.html redirected to http://sapientservicesllc.com/about-us/ I used: 301 redirect /About_Us.html http://sapientservicesllc.com/about-us/ In the htaccess file. My problem is that I need to redirect all of the blog posts that were on a subdomain to the new wordpress site. I will have to make a table in excel or access capable of looking up the stock and price trends of a particular brand through time. Trouble is, I have two independent variables (Stock, Price) and two known dependent variables (Name, Date). So, I cannot use a simple table where the x axis is the name, y axis is the time, and the cells represent a quantity - each cell have to represent two quantities (Stock, Price) Does anyone know how to do that?   • I need help to disable shadowbox from resizing

    This overlay seems to be the only overlay plugin that works within my schools wonky template... but the problem is that when the browser is resized the shadowbox resizes too, clipping the contents inside. I want it so the box stats fixed and if the browser does get smaller the browser will have scrollbars. I know it's been modified before, but i dont know where to start. I cant even find an unminified version of the .js file. Thanks

  • Is there image phase correlation libraries available for Python?

We have to build an app that correlates the 2 images (phase/2D correlation?) and then plot using Chaco and Mayavi (2 libraries in Python). Is there any other existing template software (FOSS) that we can base our app on, or use it as a reference?
