• How can I run supervisord without using root?

  I seem to be having trouble figuring out why supervisord won't run as a non-root user. • Where can I find this hotfix?

And looking around I figured that the easiest way is to phone Microsoft, but I live in other country. So, how I fix the problem described in the KB page that I linked? • can't open Evolution mail in Ubuntu

  I have an issue with Evolution mail in Ubuntu. Evolution opens up, starts downloading emails asoon as I click on something in Evolution it closes down, I know there are about 2000 mails that need to be downloaded. And sometimes Evolution comes back again and if I click something in evolution it disappears again. I'm running Ubuntu 9.10. This happened since I added two extra email accounts?   I'm trying to configure Apache to work with Symfony in my Macbook Pro. I Have installed Lion OSX. • Apache config on Suse 10

  We upgraded from Suse 9 to Suse 10 which upgrade apache from 2.0.x to 2.2.x. Now I cannot access the website using the hostname. I can access using defined ServerName in the VirtualHost config but when using http://servername/path I get a 403 access denied error. Do I have to do anything extra to be able to access the site using servername?

• Outlook meetings and auto accept/reply

Im trying to set up a room to auto accept meetings and so far its good but i was wondering if it's possible to change it to "do not send respond" when it accepts and sends some reply when it's the same time as another existing meeting, so it declined. • DisplayPort -> DVI Adapter, Active or Passive?

  I read somewhere that you only need an active adapter (usb powered) if you want resolutions greater than 1920x1200. I also heard from someone that you need it when running triple-monitor because more than two displays drains too much power. So to connect a 3rd monitor @ 1920x1200 to my video card's DisplayPort Port, do I need to spend the extra $100 and buy the active adapter?

• Capturing multicast data with Wireshark with IGMP Snooping Enabled at the switch

  I am trying to capture multicast traffic via Wireshark (actually TShark), however the switch has IGMP snooping enabled and will only send Multicast traffic on the ports that have an active IGMP subscription. I am currently getting around this by having a separate application hold the groups open I wish to record, but I am trying to set up a system to start/stop recording data dynamically and this extra complexity is painful. Is there a way to force Wireshark to send out IGMP Subscriptions for multicast groups it is recording?

Does anyone know of a decent and helpful website/tutorial which I could go to to get it set up? I have been battling through it for almost 2 months now. • Overclocked GPU quantum problem

  Hi all, I overclocked my nVidia GPU, and now I get it to be much faster, but after a ~40% overclock, I start getting "mistakes" on the screen, like wrongly coloured pixels, glitches and the sort. Temperature is still within limits, as I added extra coolers. So my question is: is this a permanent problem which is damaging the GPU or is only something related to the intrinsic quantum mistake rate of processing calculations? Thanks for your opinion :-)

Through my research, it seems that the most probable cause is that the onboard audio is disabled in the BIOS. However, the option to enable the onboard audio just isn't present in the BIOS.   I have some points in UTM coordinates that I'd like to import into Google Earth. Google Earth is able to show UTM coordinates, but I have not found a way to import points or enter coordinates in a placemark's properties with UTM coordinates. Is there any possibility to do this with just Google Earth or do I need to convert my data set externally? I do have separate tools for coordinate conversion, but I'd like to spare the extra step.

  I have a problem using the CLI with PEAR in a WAMP environment, I have tried different ways of getting pear to run in CLI but it doesn't want to go, I even have tried making a pear.bat file that points to the pear.bat file, using "%1 %2 %3" to capture extra info... I want to know what does the file called PEAR_ENV.reg do? It is mentioned in many places (forums, blogs etc) to set your environment variables so that you can use pear from CLI.

  Hello, how can I change a default working directory/drive for shell in Emacs (on Windows)? Normally, shell starts in the same directory as the file in current buffer. However, when my current file is on D: drive, it starts in c:. Manually changing drive to D: in shell brings me to my directory of course, but I want to avoid this extra step. Is it possible?
