Choosing the right words or group of words to tag your website and its content is one of the essential steps in the whole SEO process. However, due to the improved and updated knowledge about SEO, keyword marketing and popularity has been quite difficult to establish especially to highly competitive niches.
I have ubuntu 13.04 dual booting wit MS windows. It is a 32 bit version but the pc is a 64 bit.
When I use the 64 bit install DVD it sees the two main partitions and gives several options but I can't find how to replace the ubuntu 32 with the 64 version without chopping the hard drive into little pieces or formatting the whole drive .
I don't want to to do this and don't recognise any of the partitions shown when I go to the "do something else" menu.
Here I will teach you just the basics of SEO and some truths and myths behind the whole process. When you are done reading this, you should have enough knowledge to know what it takes to get your website to rank high enough to earn more money for your website.
The whole point of writing and submitting articles to article directories [like this one] is so the reader, after reading your great informative article, will want to learn more by clicking on your links. This is the reason all of us use article marketing, so we can get them to click on our links at the end of the article. But how exactly can you get them to do that?
I installed the askubuntu scope/lens in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS but it seems to be almost extremely laggy. Sometimes when I enter text in the searchfield it takes a (whole lot of) while before something is displayed underneath the icons in text. Usualy I just see the first letters of the text I put in. Like: "damn, why is this scope so slow" i see "find 'dam'" on ask ubuntu"
This 'bug' makes the lens/scope/thing almost impossible to use for me.

I have some files in my project that started from a sample in the all-in-one code sample browser: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/4934b087-e6cc-44dd-b992-a71f00a2a6df
Some files contain boilerplate code that I modify heavily. They contain MS comments at the top that mention the license, copyright microsoft etc.
Am I required to leave the entire comment block at the top of the source files that I modify or is it okay to just include the MS-PL license in a separate file for the whole project?
<b>Phoronix:</b> "The release of Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" is quickly approaching next month and it will arrive with a whole set of new features and improvements including a faster boot process, a long-awaited new theme, the Nouveau driver to replace the crippled xf86-video-nv driver, the unveiling of the Ubuntu One Music Store, integration of Plymouth, Ubuntu ARM advancements..."
I understand Wordpress is great and it helps people to build amazing websites without knowing the complexities of writing code.
But I spent good amount of time understanding the wordpress, but i feel I have to learn the whole structure of it to start the project. I feel like I should just write the code from scratch.
What would be your suggestion on this? btw, i am planning to develop a website with about 10 pages for a client. Thanks.
I got several interesting comments to “” (both here and on DZone). Some of them said I don’t get the architect “role”, some said I am looking at things from the code level and don’t see the forest for the trees, others said that this whole “agile” thing is crap (admittedly not in so many [...]...Did you know that DotNetSlackers also publishes .net articles written by top known .net Authors? We already have over 80 articles in several categories including Silverlight. Take a look: here.
I have a new site just over 6 months old and after a month or so, it started ranking for some searches in Google.
Then suddenly after 2 months, boom, no traffic coming from search other than when people search for the name of the site.
My question is whether this is something common? I was doing some link-building, forums, blogs, social bookmarks, directory submission.
This affects whole website or any new updates in seo
Hello,
I just got known that GTK+ 3.0.0 has been released.
Will Ubuntu 10.10/11.04 come with runtime libraries for GTK+ 3.0?
Are these installed by default?
Will Ubuntu have development libraries and header files for compilation of GTK+ 3.0 programs?
When will Ubuntu (as whole) move to GTK 3?
I'm mostly concerned about moving audio-recorder app from GTK+ 2.x to 3.0.

The role and responsibilities of an SEO professional is to ensure that the goal of topping the charts every single search is met. He or she oversees the whole process from the setting up of domain names, file names and keyword saturation within the website. But how do a client or an organization knows that they are working with a good SEO expert?
I have an xlsx-file of size 27.3MB and when I try to open it either in Libreoffice or Matlab the whole system slows down
My processor is AMD Sempron(tm) 140 Processor (should be about 2.7Ghz)
Memory I have about 1.7GB
Any ideas? I opened this file in Windows no problem...of course it took a few seconds to load but Ubuntu freezes with this file completely...smaller files of size 3MB, 5MB etc open just fine...
thnx for support =)
