  • CGAL replacement for iOS

    I have a set of nodes that define streets. Each node has latitude and longitude. Also I have user location with latitude and longitude. My intention is to build Voronoi diagram for segments defined by each pair of nodes, and then find which node user location is closest to. Looks like this task can be accomplished with CGAL library. While I'm in the process of compiling it for iOS environment, probably you guys will be able to give links to libs that are already compiled against iOS, or were intended to be used in Objective C environment from the very beginning... Because I'm afraid that even if CGAL compiles for me, I might get into trouble when using it. Thanks!

    Hi All, I have a quick linq question. I have a stored proc that should return one row of data. I would like to use a lambda to build an object. Here's what I'm currently doing which works, but I know I should be able to use First instead of Select except I can't seem to get the syntax correct. Can anyone straighten me out here? The problem come from a function defined in a for loop like this one : ... for(i = 0; i < nb_trucks; i++) { ... contentString = '<div id="content">'+ trucks[i]['name'] + '</div>'; current_window = new google.maps.InfoWindow({ content: contentString }); infosWindow.push(current_window); current_marker = new google.maps.Marker({ map: map, position: new google.maps.LatLng(trucks[i]['end']['lat'], trucks[i]['end']['lon']), draggable: false, title: trucks[i]['name'] }); markers.push(current_marker); google.maps.event.addListener(current_marker, 'click', function() { current_window.open(map, current_marker); }); } In this code, you can see the last block google.maps.event.addListener(current_marker, 'click', function() { current_window.open(map, current_marker); }); And my problem is that current_marker in the addListener parameters is different from the one inside the function. The current_window and the current_marker inside the function is overide at each loop turn. How can I get it right ? Thanks

  • jQuery .getJSON() Not Parsing All Objects

    I'm using jQuery's .getJSON function to parse a set of search results from a Google Search Appliance. The search appliance has an xslt stylesheet that returns the results as JSON data, which I validated with both JSONLint and Curious Concept's JSON Formatter. According to FireBug, the full result set is returned from the XMLHTTPRequest, but I tried dumping the data (with jquery.dump.js) and it only ever parses back the first result. It does successfully get all the Google Search Protocol stuff, but it only ever sees one "R" object (or individual result). Has anybody had a similar problem with jQuery's .getJSON? I know it likes to fail silently if the JSON is not valid, but like I said, I validated the results with several validators and it should be good to go. Edit: Clicking this link will show you the JSON results returned for a search for the word "google": http://bigbird.uww.edu/search?client=json_frontend&proxystylesheet=json_frontend&proxyrefresh=1&output=xml_no_dtd&q=google jQuery only retrieves the first "R" object, even though all "R" objects are siblings.

Can anyone suggest me where is the leak and how to fix it. Further, is there a better way of storing a list of CLLocationCoordinate2D in NSMutableArray? Please give sample code since I am an Objective C newbie.
