  • GreaseMonkey + Ajax + Remember page?

    I load jquery into my greasemonkey script and when the user clicks the start button the script makes a bunch of ajax calls. I then empty body and append data. When i click on something and hit back instead of getting the page post script i lose all the data and need to run the ajax calls again (it can take seconds to run). How do i make it not lose the changes?

  • Save file as - dialog box with dynamic data

    I know that this question is quite common, but its specifics are stumping me. I have an "export" button which I want to take a load of data generated, create a CSV file, then pop up a Save File As dialog box, to save that file on their local machine. The name of this file is dynamic, also. I know how to make the CSV file, but how do I then pop up a box on the client side to let the user download it? I am using JSP with Struts

    Hi, I Want to load Image size 2550X3300 (i.e 1.7 Mb size), i have loaded the image into UIImageView and application gets crash due to low memory, Now i have loaded into uiWebview it works fine but i have to save this image into an PDF file in local resource. While iam saving UIImage in background same app gets crash due to low memory. Anyone has some suggestion or help to solve this issue. Thank You.

  • Is a clear and replace more efficient than a loop checking all records?

    I have a C# List, that is filled from a database.. So far its only 1400 records, but I expect it to grow a LOT.. Routinely I do a check for new data on the entire list.. What I'm trying to figure out is this, is it faster to simply clear the List and reload all the data from the table, or would checking each record be faster.. Intuition tells me that the dump and load method would be faster, but I thought I should check first...

  • Grails: GGTS not running on Amazon AWS EC2 anyone else successful?

    Im just curious if anyone has had success trying to run the Groovy Grails tool suite on an Amazon AWS EC2 instance with its display exported into your windows machine. If so, I wanted to know which flavor of linux was used on the EC2. I am not having much success with it on the Amazon Linux but haven't tried their Ubuntu instances yet. I got all the way to getting GGTS installed and getting the display exported but when I launch GGTS I get log errors about libraries missing. This is most likely because I didn't use yum to install it so I am probably missing dependencies but I didn't have a choice its not offered as a yum package.     Hello. I have a client apllication that run in very restricted area - it has no direct access to computer, where it is running. I don't want to invent another one System.Configuration system to configure my application. But there is no method in ConfigurationManager, that allows to load configuration from string or Stream. It seems to me that it's impossible to use a ConfigurationManager in this particular scenario, but may be (and I hope to) wrong?

It seems like sort of an edge case that different backbones or ISPs might intentionally break to reduce router load or generally segment the network for practical high-use applications.     This morning our game is not working on my computer under IE9. The error I get is: access denied on http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/v1/yL/r/X3oFUDWWu05.js When I load this URL in Chrome, FF, and IE 8, everything works fine. But under IE9 I have the following error: 'window is undefined' Error : 800A1391 Execution Error Microsoft JScript This is a Facebook script that I have no control over. I've cleared my cache but still get the error. Any ideas?

Obviously I could do a load test and vary the values, but I couldn't find any kind of documentation on this. Most samples have a minute, a couple of minutes. There's no recommended range. Is there something on msdn or anywhere that talks about this?
