  Is it possible to integrate any kind of Lightbox with SimpleViewer? But I don't want to display SimpleViewer in Lightbox. I want to Lightbox show when I click on one of the images in SimpleViewer. Does anyone tried that with success? EDIT I have a SimpleViewer page now. I just want to bind handler to clicking an image (as normally in HTML based pages), fetch big image url and show that image (not SimpleViewer!) in Ligthbox/ThickBox/FancyBox etc.

  I am trying to create a form for my companies intraNet site. The idea is as follows: An employee wants to make a purchase, so they will go to the appropriate page in the intraNet They will fill out the form on the intraNet page They click the email button The data in the form is saved in a database, and an email is sent to me stating that there is purchase order request form filled out I am not exactly sure how to go about this. Part of me wants to create it in a Data Access Page but I am not sure that's correct. If there is no one here who can help, is there anyone who can direct me to someone/something that can help me?

• my laptop touchpad stops working during the live demo

  I m completely new to all of this... I just want to install ubuntu because it is suppose to get rid of most of the virus problems, so anyway I was following online instructions to install ubuntu alongside windows 7 these are my laptop specifications. I tried booting with a pendrive using netbootin and other similar program but once I boot the laptop in ubuntu I click try without installing button and go to desktop then my mouse stops working. What am I supposed to do or what am I doing wrong?? Also please suggest a thread for proper installation of ubuntu alongside Windows 7. Thank you.

• I want to combine the databases from two different sites under one URL. How is this possible?

  I have a small site that I want to merge with a bigger one. How can I merge the second one with the first? I know that one solution would be to make the smaller one a subdomain of the bigger one, but I would like the following thing to happen: when I click on a category or a tag, posts from both sites/databases would appear. Something like Smashing Magazine did when it assimilated designinformer.com. The other solution and the one that I would prefer would be to merge the two databases, but I don't know if this is possible.

  My name is Sael and I'm 14 years old. Since I was 12 and I got my first computer I instantly go interested in making games. So of course like any other I googled it, got discouraged and forgot about it for a few months. When I was 13 I decided to continue programming, and decided that java would best suit me. Now after a year, I have a basic understanding of java and how it works (it just clicked instantly one day). Anyways, my problem is that I know how I'm going to make a simple game in my head, but as soon as I click that "New Project" button on eclipse, I'm instantly lost and can't figure out where to start. I can't do much without a tutorial beside me since my mind is so dependent on it. I want to know how to create the collision of the cars. I can't think of any idea. As you notice my agent has almost the same size as the patch (I set it to 0.9 so that you can distinguish the space between 2 cars when they are set next to each other and I round the coordinates so that they are set to the centre of the patch). In my accelerate procedure I set my agent to turn left, move 1, turn right in a loop. I want to know if there's a command that lets me make the agent jump from one lane to the other (to the patch next to it on its left) without making it turn and move. And last, if you notice the code i created the car checks the patch that is next to it on the lane on its left and the patch in front of it and the back of it. So if the 3 patches on its left are empty then it can change lane. The fuzzy part is that when i run the setup and I press Go sometimes (not always) the car goes out of the 3 basic lanes. To understand this I have 7 lanes. The middle one which I don't use which is lane 0. Then there are 3 lanes on top of lane 0 and 3 below it. So the code I am using refers to the upper 3 lanes where I set the cars but for some reason some of the cars change lane and go to lane -3 then -2 and so forth. If someone can give me a tip I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance. Tip: if you want to try this code in netlogo keep in mind that on interface tab I have 2 buttons one setup and one go as well as 3 sliders with names: number_of_cars , speed-up , slow-down.

• Android ListView setSelection() does not seem to work.

  I have a ListActivity that implements onListItemClick() and calls a doSomething() function of the class. The latter contains l.setSelection(position) where l is the ListView object. Now there is a onClickListener() listening for a button click that perfoms some actions and that too calls doSomething(). In the first case, the selected item get positioned appropriately, but in the latter, nothing happens. Any clues about this strange behaviour and how I might make it work?

• Keep the current Jquery accordion pane open after asp.net postback?

  I have a jquery accordion on an asp.net aspx weppage. Inside the panes, I have asp.net buttons. When I click on the button, the pane I was in, closes and reloads the page, defaulting to the first pane. I don't mind the reload, but is there a way to keep the current pane open after the reload. Right now, I am just calling accordion() on a div with the id of accordion.

I've considered reversing the logic - ie, passing the actions I want to occur to the Yes/No events, but in my specific case this wouldn't quite work. Thanks in advance!
