As I am creating enterprise application using enterprise certificate (http://developer.apple.com/programs/iphone/enterprise/) form apple, wanted to know weather I can use makkit framework in my application application for distribution within the enterprise and on itunes app store.     when i run exe(MFC Dialog based application) in Win 2k3 Fails to run(MSJAVA.dll Missing error).but the same exe runs successfully in WIN xp Edit: As per the solution by Goz ,I have downloaded the MSJAVA.dll and tried to run the exe,but am getting the below error, "The Side-by-Side configuration information for "f:\test\TESTCSDATACHANGEEVENTS.EXE" contains errors. This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem (14001)."

  • Did Visual Studio 2010 break "Project Dependencies" between C++ projects?

    In Visual Studio 2008, if I had a solution containing multiple C++ projects, I could make them depend on each-other and correctly link by using the "Project Dependencies" option. This fixed up the build order and also made (e.g.) the main application project link against the static library outputs. In Visual Studio 2010, this doesn't seem to work. Did Visual Studio 2010 change the way this works?

  • How can I progrommatically change the target framework from 4.0 to 3.5 of a project/solution?

    Edit 3: After more googling it looks like you can't have the TargetFrameworkMoniker property in a .NET 3.5 application. So I guess I should be asking a different question. How do I change the Target framework from 4.0 to 3.5? Unfortunately, I can only find stuff on how to go the other way. or better yet how do i progrommatically set the target framework version of a project to something other than 4.0? Original question: I just switched to vs2010. I have an application that uses .net 3.5. It loads plugins which are generated by a different app. The plugins are using .net 4 and there for cannot be loaded. I'm using EnvDTE.Project to create a project and set the settings. I can't find what setting needs to be set for this. Edit 1: I'm generating code for about 50 solutions. When I made the switch from vs2005 to vs2010 the projects in those solutions are defaulting to .NET Framework 4.0. So I need to set the .NET Framework to 3.5 when I am generating the code for these solutions. Edit 2: After a lot of googling I found this. so then I tried this: loProp = vsGetProperty("TargetFrameworkMoniker"); vsSetValue(loProp, ".NETFramework,Version=v3.5"); the definitions for those two methods are below. as far as I can tell they do the same this as project.Properties.Item("TargetFrameworkMoniker").Value = ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0,Profile=Client"; I start getting an Property Unavailable Exception later in the code. When I remove the new lines everything works except the projects target framework is still 4.0.     I have an iPhone application that posts data to a web application ... and I want to only accept data posted from an iPhone application that was purchased from the iTunes store. Is there a way to do this? Is there something (or somethings) I can pass from the iPhone app to the web application that I can use to do such verification?     Hi, I am developing a native application for Windows Mobile 6.5 (Samsung Omnia II i8000). After making some changes, my application hangs when it is run. The problem is my application is also run during Start Up (via \windows\startup shortcut) and whenever I restart the phone, it'll always run my application and hangs there. ActiveSync is not connected yet (I'm using WinXP,VS2005), so I cant use pdel from itsutils. Anyone has any Idea how to solve this?

  • Why do I get so many errors building my Android project with Ant?

    Now that I sort of know my way around the SDK/API, I've switched from Eclipse back to my favorite text editor, which means I have to use ant to build my project, however: It seems every other time I compile the project, a lot of drawables get corrupted, resources lose their ids (resulting in NPEs in the code), or classes throw "Verify Errors". The only way to fix this is by removing the bin and gen folders, and recompiling, which is obviously annoying. Is there any way to avoid this? btw, I'm using ant 1.7.1, java version "1.6.0_20"

If I have a Visual Studio C++ solution that has two projects, say a static library with CLR support turned off, and a second project with CLR support turned on that depends on this static library, does the static library get compiled as managed code? What about libraries that the CLR project uses that are external to this solution, do they also get compiled as managed code?

    Hello, I need a way to install a distribuible application without user intervention, of course I currently have a distribution profile installed on my device (I can install or uninstall the application by means of iTunes or iPCU), the problem remain on the side of automation "no user intervention is required", basically I need to develop a software (maybe hack iTunesMobileDevice.dll) that install the application when a valid device (the one with a valid distribution profile) is connected to one machine (application server), so any ideas??....     Hi I have an issue in VSS 2005, there is a project in VSS, having multiple folders files in it, and most of the files around 2000 having their property "Store only latest version" is checked. I don't know how it is set. I want to change those around 2000 files property "Store only latest version" to unchecked, so that VSS retain all those files previous version. can it be done through a single command to unchecked this option for all those files in project recursively?
