  • PHP Form POST to external URL with Redirect to another URL

    So, what I am trying to accomplish is have a self-posting PHP form, POST to an external page (using CURL) which in turn redirects to another page. Currently, what is happening is that once I click "Submit" on the form (in contact.php) it will POST to itself (as it is a self-posting form). The script then prepares the POST using CURL and performs the post. The external page does its processing and then, the external page is supposed to redirect back to another page, in a referring domain. However, what happens instead, is that it seems like the contact.php page loads the HTML from the page the external page redirected to, and then, the contact.php's HTML loads after that, ON THE SAME PAGE. The effect, is what looks like two separate pages rendered as one page. Naturally, I just want to perform the POST and have the browser render the page it is supposed to redirect to as specified by the external page.   • MPMoviePlayerController doesn't implement MPMediaPlayback protocal as advertised?

    I'm trying to use the MPMediaPlayback protocol's currentPlaybackRate() to slow down a video. I'm confused though as the class MPMoviePlayerController states that: You can control most aspects of playback programmatically using the methods and properties of the MPMediaPlayback protocol, to which this class conforms. Except just above in the header here: http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/documentation/MediaPlayer/Reference/MPMoviePlayerController_Class/MPMoviePlayerController/MPMoviePlayerController.html it doesn't seem to. All I want to do is slow down the playback rate for a video.

  • How can i display a MFC CHtmlView inside a dialog?

    I found a lot of links on the internet for this question but i don't understand their (partial) solutions. One of the main problems seems that i'm builing all dialogs by hand without dialog resource files or the Visual Studio Application Wizards. So i would need pure C++ code that i can type into my Editor. There is also some reference to a "CWebBrowser2" control, but a grep on the VC directory does not give me any results, so where can i find this?

    Hello. I'm trying to write a performance measurements library for Scala. My idea is to transparently 'mark' sections so that the execution time can be collected. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bend the compiler to my will. I use mkTimer like this: val myTimer = mkTimer('aTimer) val myString= myTimer { (1 to 100000).mkString("-") } println (myString) But I get a compiler error: error: type mismatch; found : String required: () => Nothing (1 to 100000).mkString("-") I get the same error if I inline the currying: val timerBigString = time('timerBigString) _ val bigString = timerBigString { (1 to 100000).mkString("-") } println (bigString) This works if I do val timerBigString = time('timerBigString) (_: String), but this is not what I want. I'd like to defer typing of the partially applied function until application. I conclude that the compiler is deciding the return type of the partial function when I first create it, chosing "Nothing" because it can't make a better informed choice. So I guess what I'm looking for is a sort of late-binding of the partially applied function. Is there any way to do this? Or maybe is there a completely different path I could follow?     I have been messing around with a way to justify align a collection of UIView subclasses within a containing view. I am having a little bit of trouble with the algorithm and was hoping someone could help spot my errors. I can't find a good definition of "preconcat" anywhere on the internet! The only place I can find it is in the Android Source - I'm starting to wonder if they made it up? :) I'm familiar with "concat" or concatenate, which is to append to, so what is a pre-concat?

  • OSGI classcast exception on felix

    Hi, i'm fairly new to osgi and am trying to get a functional proof of concept together. The setup is that my common api is created in a bundle creatively named common-api.jar with no bundle activator, but it exports all it's interfaces. the one of interest in this situation is DatabaseService.java. I then have a Second bundle called systemx-database-service. That implements the database service interface. this works fine as in the activator of the implementation bundle i test the connection to the database and select some arbitraty values. I also register the service i want to be available to the other bundle's like so: context.registerService(DatabaseService.class.getName(), new SystemDatabaseServiceImpl(context), new Properties()); The basic idea being when you look for a service reference for a Database service you'll get back the SystemDatabaseService implementation. When i do a inspect service the output it this: -> inspect s c 69 System Database Service (69) provides services: ---------------------------------------------- objectClass = za.co.xxx.xxx.common.api.DatabaseService service.id = 39 which would lead me to believe that if i do this in a test bundle: context.getService(context.getServiceReference(DatabaseService.class)); i should get back an instance of DatabaseService.class, but alas no such luck. it simply seems like it cannot find the service. stick with me here my story gets stranger. figuring there is no where to go but up i wrote this monstrosity: for (Bundle bundle : bundles) { if (bundle.getSymbolicName().equals("za.co.xxx.xxx.database-service")) { ServiceReference[] registeredServices = bundle.getRegisteredServices(); for (ServiceReference ref : registeredServices) { DatabaseService service = (DatabaseService) context.getService(ref); // use service here. } } } } now i can actually see the service reference, but i get this error java.lang.ClassCastException: za.co.xxx.xxx.database.service.impl.SystemDatabaseServiceImpl cannot be cast to za.co.xxx.xx.common.api.DatabaseService which is crazy since the implementation clearly implements the interface! Any help would be appreciated. Please keep in mind i'm very new at the osgi way of thinking so my whole approach here might be flawed. oh. if anyone wants the manifests i can post them. and i'm using the maven-bnd-plugin to build and executing on felix. thanks Nico

  • What would cause my Silverlight .xap to quadruple in size suddenly?

    I've been working on a Silverlight application. I just noticed that the .xap file is now four times as big as it was, what could have caused that? Here's some other info: there seems to now be many more language settings in the bin/Release directory I checked "Reduce size of .xap" in under Properties/Silverlight but that just brought it down from 1300 to 1200.   • IIS7 Request Mapping, File Extensions

    I have a website that used to have .dsp file extensions for all pages. There are alot of other sites referencing mine that reference the pages like that, but my pages are all actually .aspx pages. In IIS5, I was able to configure this to work. My problem is I've recently switched from IIS5 to IIS7, and I have no idea how to map these requests (.dsp) to the real file (.aspx) without the server telling me the file doesn't exist.
