    In my iPhone project I have used this solution to encrypt data with DER encoded certificate, which was generated by openssl commands like this: openssl req -x509 -nodes -days 365 -newkey rsa:2048 -keyout privateKey.pem -out cert.pem openssl x509 -outform der -in cert.pem -out cert.der openssl rsa -in privateKey.pem -outform DER -out privateKey.der And now I want to decrypt data using private key file. How can I get the private SecKeyRef instance from DER encoded private key file?

    I am using structuremap in my project. To inject different implementation of a repository, I want to have a switch in app.config which changes all real implementation of a repository to a mock repositories. Lets say IRepository has two implementations RealRepository and MockRepository ForRequestedType() .TheDefaultIsConcreteType(); I want to have a switch in app.config / web.config say (Mock=1), which changes all real repositories implementation to ForRequestedType() .TheDefaultIsConcreteType(); I don't want to write whole plugin definition in app.config, just want one switch, how do I implement this?

    I am using PopupManager in FB4 to display a custom dialog. popwin = new TitleWindow(); popwin.addElement(myCustomDialog); PopUpManager.addPopUp(popwin,this,false); PopUpManager.centerPopUp(popwin); It's possible to drag the popped up TitleWindow and let go of it when its gray title bar lies outside the bounds of the Flex app rectangle, and then the popup cannot be grabbed again. It's also possible to drag the TitleWindow downwards so it becomes completely invisible below the bottom edge of the Flex app rectangle. When the Flex app bounds are less than the full browser window, and the user is working quickly, this chances of this happening increase. Is there a simple setting that will keep this from happening, or must the programmer intercept the behavior during the drag operation? Thanks Tim

    In my iPhone app, I'm handed the raw source of an email, in RFC822 (or "eml") format. I'd like the HTML part of this message (if one exists). Rather than attempting to parse it out myself and converting escape chars and so on, I thought I'd check to see if anyone knows of an objective-c library to do this for me. In .NET, I've always used the Mailbee classes for anything email related, but I can't seem to find anything similar for cocoa.

  • UITableViewCell checkmark change on select

    Am I correct in thinking that to change the checkmark for "on" to "off", I must change the CellAccessoryType between none and checkmark on the didSelectRowAtIndexPath? Because I have done this but I have noticed the behaviour is not perfectly identical to like the checkmark cells on the auto lock settings on the iphone. Or is there some other way checkmarks are meant to be handled?

I want to connect to http://192.168.2.5 and i tried using the Rechability class but it returns FALSE, while the device is definately connected ( when i don't do the check, the app works fine so there is a connection ): Reachability *r = [Reachability reachabilityWithHostName:@"http://192.168.2.5"]; NetworkStatus internetStatus = [r currentReachabilityStatus]; How should work this out?     I am querying the __Stat_Kind__ kind. It does not return me entities about kinds that currently exist in the datastore but it includes entities about kinds that I had deleted more than a week ago. I am not so much concerned about it returning me the non-existent kinds - the doc does mention this scenario after all. But I am concerned that it does not return me info about my current kinds. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? To folks on the app engine team: Also, on the dev server neither __Stat_Kind__ nor __Stat_Total__ return any entities. Which means I need to deploy my app to appspot before I can test this behavior. It would be nice if the dev server did return some basic info. Thanks, Keyur

I have many classes that derive from a base handler: class BaseHandler(webapp.RequestHandler): def get(self, CSIN=None): self.body(CSIN) Does this mean that the body() method of every descendant class needs to have the same argument? This is cumbersome. Only one descendant actually uses that argument. And what about when I add new args?     If I use MPMoviePlayerController to play video in my iPhone app, it opens, loads the movie, plays it and then closes. Is it possible to force it to stay open after the movie finishes, so that user can replay it using its controls, instead of using controls in parent view?     Hi all, Am a newbie to iphone programming. i have a input box and the user can write his DOB(mm/dd/yyyy) into the box. Before i save the data i like to test for valid input. I am using Regexlite.h and Regexlite.m.i have the regular expression too. i want to compare the regex to the user entered value in text box.But am not knowing how to do it.Please help.
