    How can I view and override the full definition for built in classes? I have seen the library docs but am looking for something more.     I have a 2D array declared like this: int arr[2][2]={ {1,2},{3,4}}; Now if I do: int ** ptr=(int**) arr; and: cout<<**ptr; I am getting a segmentation fault (using g++-4.0). Why so? Shouldn't it be printing the value 1 (equal to arr[0][0])?

The closest I got was "//category[@domain= 'http://www.somelink.com/?category=4']" The expression I tried gave me this result: [0] => SimpleXMLElement Object ( [@attributes] => Array ( [domain] => http://www.somelink.com/?category=4 ) [0] => Category 1 [1] => SimpleXMLElement Object ( [@attributes] => Array ( [domain] => http://www.somelink.com/?category=4 ) [0] => Category 1 The expression should contain all childrens of the two items in the example, but as you can see only the info in the category node is present, I want all the item nodes. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Is there a good reason to put parent::__construct($config) in the construct of a CakePHP data source I am developing? I see it being used in some of the data sources found in https://github.com/cakephp/datasources/blob/master/models/datasources/amazon_associates_source.php but not sure why. I could just do private $_config = array(); function construct($config){ $this->_config = $config; } and access my $config the same way.

    I need to share a huge dictionary (around 1 gb in size) between multiple processs, however since all processes will always read from it. I dont need locking. Is there any way to share a dictionary without locking? The multiprocessing module in python provides an Array class which allows sharing without locking by setting lock=false however There is no such option for Dictionary provided by manager in multiprocessing module.
