• In Eclipse, how can I see all the code I've checked in this week? We use CVS

  I'm using Eclipse 3.3.2 and CVS. Is there a way for me to see the code only I have checked in since some date? I know how to use "Compare With..." to see all the changes (anyone's code) since a particular version or date. Our team doesn't use Task Tags, could those help?

  I want to generate Entity Framework 4.0 classes from a (legacy) database from a command line, but I have 2 transformations I want: Tables/columns are lowerCamelCase and I want my classes/members to be UpperCamelCase. I want to suffix my classes with "Dto". Any idea how this might be accomplished? I'm a total newbie to EF, but I have a decent understanding of Linq to Sql and was able to accomplish the same task by doing: sqlmetal - dbml - xml mapping file and .cs file.

I'd like to select any number of rows, ordered randomly, as long as the sum of the values in the 'class' field is equal to 100. • Make service indepented from activity (Android).

  I have an activity with two buttons, start and stop. If the user press the start button a service is created using Context.startService. And the stop button calls Context.stopService. I want the stop button to be the only way to destroy the service. Now, if i end the activity using a task manager, the service is killed as well. Is there any way to avoid this?

  Hi I have a ActiveX like this: class CMyActiveX : public CComObjectRootEx... ... { HRESULT FinalContruct(){return S_OK;} void Start() { // a new thread is created here for some task } void FinalRelease() { // if the thread is alive kill it } } However when browser is closed the method FinalRelease is not called. So the thread keeps alive and a crash is encountered at the exit. Any idea on this? Thank you!

  Here's the objective. I have a PHP class and there are one or two of its methods that I would like to override with my own. As I understand OOP (in PHP and in general) I could write a child class that extends it and overrides the functionality of the methods in question. I ended up doing something else, but the question stayed with me.
