  • StorageWorks MSA60 and other storage related questions

    - by Mejmo
    Hi, I do not have deeper knowledge of the storage area, sorry for asking evidently stupid questions :) We are thinking about getting HP StorageWorks MSA60 for storing our VM. Do we need another DL server with controller so that we could use iSCSI ? Do we need to get some P800 controller for doing that? I cannot imagine how it is connected together actually ... MSA60-DLserver with p800 controller and servers that are running VM connected with iSCSI to this DL server ? Or MSA60 directly supports iSCSI so the DL server is not necessary ? What is inside this MSA60? Is it possible to install there OS ? Thank you.

  • No route matches [GET] "/user/sign_out"

    - by user3399101
    So, I'm getting the below error when clicking on Sign Out on my drop down menu on the nav: No route matches [GET] "/user/sign_out" However, this only happens when using the sign out on the drop down nav (the hamburger menu for mobile devices) and not when clicking the sign out on the regular nav. See the code below: <div class="container demo-5"> <div class="main clearfix"> <div class="column"> <div id="dl-menu" class="dl-menuwrapper"> <button class="dl-trigger">Open Menu</button> <ul class="dl-menu dl-menu-toggle"> <div id="closebtn" onclick="closebtn()"></div> <% if user_signed_in? %> <li><%= link_to 'FAQ', faq_path %></li> <li><a href="#">Contact Us</a></li> <li><%= link_to 'My Account', account_path %></li> <li><%= link_to 'Sign Out', destroy_user_session_path, method: 'delete' %></li> <--- this is the line <% else %> <li><%= link_to 'FAQ', faq_path %></li> <li><a href="#">Contact Us</a></li> <li><%= link_to 'Sign In', new_user_session_path %></li> <li><%= link_to 'Free Trial', plans_path %></li> <% end %> </ul> </div><!-- /dl-menuwrapper --> </div> </div> </div><!-- /container --> </div> And this is the non-drop down code that works: <div class="signincontainer pull-right"> <div class="navbar-form navbar-right"> <% if user_signed_in? %> <%= link_to 'Sign out', destroy_user_session_path, class: 'btn signin-button', method: :delete %> <div class="btn signin-button usernamefont"><%= link_to current_user.full_name, account_path %></div> <% else %> ....rest of code here Updated error: ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/user/sign_out"): actionpack (4.0.4) lib/action_dispatch/middleware/debug_exceptions.rb:21:in `call' actionpack (4.0.4) lib/action_dispatch/middleware/show_exceptions.rb:30:in `call' railties (4.0.4) lib/rails/rack/logger.rb:38:in `call_app' railties (4.0.4) lib/rails/rack/logger.rb:20:in `block in call' activesupport (4.0.4) lib/active_support/tagged_logging.rb:68:in `block in tagged' activesupport (4.0.4) lib/active_support/tagged_logging.rb:26:in `tagged' activesupport (4.0.4) lib/active_support/tagged_logging.rb:68:in `tagged' railties (4.0.4) lib/rails/rack/logger.rb:20:in `call' quiet_assets (1.0.2) lib/quiet_assets.rb:18:in `call_with_quiet_assets' actionpack (4.0.4) lib/action_dispatch/middleware/request_id.rb:21:in `call' rack (1.5.2) lib/rack/methodoverride.rb:21:in `call' rack (1.5.2) lib/rack/ru

  • Parent CSS (jQuery)

    - by Glister
    There is <dl> with padding-top <dl style="padding-top: 150px;"> <dt>text</dt> <dd><img width="150" height="150" src="..." /></dd> <dt>text 2</dt> <dd><img width="150" height="250" src="..." /></dd> <dt>text 3</dt> <dd><img width="150" height="350" src="..." /></dd> </dl> The difference between images - height. Trying to write a script, which will change a height of the <dl>, when <dd> is clicked. Height should be taken from the height attribute of the dd img. Tryed this, but it doesn't work: $("#posters dd").click(function(){ var parent_padding = $(this).find("img").attr("height"); $(this).parent().css({"padding-top":parent_padding}); }); Thanks.

  • how to put header authentication into a form using php?

    - by SkyWookie
    Hey guys, for the page I am doing needs a login authentication using Twitter (using tweetphp API). For test purposes I used this code below to do a successful login: if (!isset($_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER'])){ header('WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Enter your Twitter username and password:"'); header('HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized'); echo 'Please enter your Twitter username and password to view your followers.'; exit(); } $username = $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER']; $password = $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_PW']; The problem now is, I want to integrate it into a form, so far I have the following: <form action="logincheck.php" method="post" class="niceform" > <fieldset> <legend>Twitter Login:</legend> <dl> <dt><label for="email">Twitter Username:</label></dt> <dd><input type="text" name="username" id="username" size="32" maxlength="128" /></dd> </dl> <dl> <dt><label for="password">Password:</label></dt> <dd><input type="password" name="password" id="password" size="32" maxlength="32" /></dd> </dl> </fieldset> <fieldset class="action"> <input type="submit" name="submit" id="submit" value="Submit" /> I am sending it to logincheck.php, this is where I think I get stuck. I am not sure how to compare the form data with Twitter's login data. I was trying a similar if statement as I used in the first code (box that pops up before page loads), but I couldn't wrap my head around it. Thanks again guys!

  • Moving checkmarks in checkbox lists after page reload - Firefox only

    - by DaveS
    I'm getting some strange behavior in Firefox whenever I put checkboxes inside a list (ol, ul, dl), and then dynamically insert buttons above the list. If I start with a something simple list like this: <dl class="c"> <dt><label for="a1"><input type="checkbox" id="a1" />one</label></dt> <dt><label for="a2"><input type="checkbox" id="a2" />two</label></dt> <dt><label for="a3"><input type="checkbox" id="a3" />three</label></dt> </dl> and add some jQuery like this: $(document).ready(function(){ var a = $('<button type="button">a</button>'); var b = $('<button type="button">b</button>'); $('<div/>').append(a).append(b).insertBefore($('.c')); }); ...then open it in Firefox, it looks fine at first. But check the first checkbox, reload the page, and the check-mark jumps to the second box. Reload again, and it jumps to the third. Reload yet again, and no checkboxes are left checked. If I leave out one of the buttons by dropping one of the append calls, it's fine. If I change the buttons to divs or something similar, it's fine. If I replace the dl tag with a div (and get rid of the dt tags), it's fine. But I need both buttons, and the checkboxes have to be in a list for what I'm trying to build. Does anybody know what's causing this?

  • Upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 -> dpkg: error processing sudo (--configure)

    Here's the deal and reason I'm asking for your help. Last night I went on upgrading my Xubuntu 12.10 installation to 13.04, so at tty1 I run the command sudo do-release-upgrade and everything seemed to went well except that after rebooting and when I • Double Layer DVD+R burning problem - I/O Error

    - by Mehper C. Palavuzlar
    I have a modern PC (Quad Core CPU, 4 GB RAM, Win7 Home Premium 64-bit) but I have a problem with burning .dvd images to Double Layer (8.5 GB) DVDs. I wasted too many DVD+R DL discs but to no avail. Here is a short explanation of what I did: I'm using ImgBurn v2.5.0.0 (latest version). I'm trying to burn an image file (.dvd) which is together with the related .iso file in the same folder. In ImgBurn, I select the file with .dvd extension, and set writing speed to 2.4x. Burning process starts normally, but around 7% of the process, it gives a I/O Write Error, which is as follows: I wasted 3 discs (Magic, Made in Taiwan, DVD+R DL, 8.5 GB) trying the same thing. My DVD writer is LG GH22NP20 with IDE connection type. I updated its firmware from 1.04 to 2.00 but no success in burning again. Then my cousin brought his LG (an older model) which, he claims, was successful in writing DL discs with the same brand (Magic). I plugged off my LG and plugged the older one in, and tried to burn the image again. It also gave an I/O Error even without standing till 7%. I tried another burning program (CloneCD), but failed again. Then I bought other brands (TDK and VERBATIM) and tried to burn the image. Burning process started successfully, but around 14% (for Verbatim) and 25% (for TDK) failed again. Here is a screeny from ImgBurn: I've burned lots of 4.7 GB DVD+Rs and DVD-Rs successfully, even without a single error, with this LG DVD writer, but this case is very bothering for me. What should I do? Should I buy a new DVD writer other than LG? Could this be related to Windows or my hardware configuration? Thanks for your help. Edit: My burner works on my cousin's machine. So the problem must be related to my system. What could be the reason? Latest news: I borrowed an external USB DVD writer from a friend, which is PHILIPS SPD3000CC (an old model). Guess what! It's burning DVD+R DLs successfully! How come an internal DVD writer of a brand new computer system cannot burn DL DVDs? Now I'm considering buying a new internal DVD writer with not IDE, but SATA connection...

  • Can you tell by the network traffic whether a video was watched or downloaded from YouTube?

    - by humanityANDpeace
    My question is about quite popular YouTube downloaders like youtube-dl (a command line program) or VideoDownloadHelper (a Firefox-browser extension). Comparing two cases: Watching a video on YouTube Download the video using a downloader (to be specific let's assume youtube-dl) Is it possible to tell – for instance by inspecting the network traffic – that the video was downloaded and not "only watched" on YouTube? Maybe one could compare network traffic using programmes like Wireshark? I cannot do that myself, but maybe this will help somebody to answer the question.

  • nginx proxy to different path

    - by David Robertson
    I've read through the documentation for nginx's HttpProxyModule, but I can't figure this out: I want it so that if someone visits, for example http://ss.example.com/1339850978, nginx will proxy them http://dl.dropbox.com/u/xxxxx/screenshots/1339850978.png. If I was to just use this line in my config file: proxy_pass http://dl.dropbox.com/u/xxxxx/screenshots/;, then they would have to append the .png themselves. tia, David.

  • Exporting members of all DLs in an OU

    - by Bo Shubinsky
    I'm trying to export all the members of all the DLs within an OU (either to a single file that's categorized or individual files). I tried to use: csvde -f "C:\Documents and Settings\root\Desktop\AD Export\DL Export\DL.txt" -r "OU=DLs,OU=Personnel,DC=csi,DC=org" -l "cn,mail" but that only works for individual DLs and there are a lot to input each time. Any help on getting this done in the most efficient pattern would be helpful.

  • Operand size conflict in x86 Assembly??

    - by Mark V.
    I'm a novice programmer who is attempting assembly for the first time. Sorry in advance if this is an incredibly lame question. I have a character stored in the EAX register, but I need to move it to my DL register. When I try: mov dl, eax I get an error C2443: operand size conflict. I know that the eax register is 32 bit while the dl is 8 bit... am I on to something?? How do I go about solving this.

  • Setting marker title in Google Maps API 3 using jQuery

    - by bateman_ap
    Hi, I am having a couple of problems with Google Maps and jQuery. Wondered if anyone can help with the smaller of the two problems and hopefully it will help me to fixing the bigger one. I am using the below code to populate a google map, basically it uses generated HTML to populate the maps in the form: <div class="item mapSearch" id="map52.48228_-1.9026:800"> <div class="box-prise"><p>(0.62km away)</p><div class="btn-book-now"> <a href="/venue/800.htm">BOOK NOW</a> </div> </div><img src="http://media.toptable.com/images/thumb/13152.jpg" alt="Metro Bar and Grill" width="60" height="60" /> <div class="info"> <h2><a href="/venue/800.htm">Metro Bar and Grill</a></h2> <p class="address">73 Cornwall Street, Birmingham, B3 2DF</p><strong class="proposal">2 courses £14.50</strong> <dl> <dt>Diner Rating: </dt> <dd>7.8</dd> </dl></div></div> <div class="item mapSearch" id="map52.4754_-1.8999:3195"> <div class="box-prise"><p>(0.97km away)</p><div class="btn-book-now"> <a href="/venue/3195.htm">BOOK NOW</a> </div> </div><img src="http://media.toptable.com/images/thumb/34998.jpg" alt="Filini Restaurant - Birmingham" width="60" height="60" /> <div class="info"> <h2><a href="/venue/3195.htm">Filini Restaurant - Birmingham</a></h2> <p class="address">Radisson Blu Hotel, 12 Holloway Circus, Queensway, Birmingham, B1 1BT</p><strong class="proposal">2 for 1: main courses </strong> <dl> <dt>Diner Rating: </dt> <dd>7.8</dd> </dl></div></div> <div class="item mapSearch" id="map52.47775_-1.90619:10657"> <div class="box-prise"><p>(1.05km away)</p><div class="btn-book-now"> <a href="/venue/10657.htm">BOOK NOW</a> </div> </div><img src="http://media.toptable.com/images/thumb/34963.jpg" alt="B1 " width="60" height="60" /> <div class="info"> <h2><a href="/venue/10657.htm">B1 </a></h2> <p class="address">Central Square , Birmingham, B1 1HH</p><strong class="proposal">25% off food</strong> <dl> <dt>Diner Rating: </dt> <dd>7.9</dd> </dl></div></div> The JavaScript loops though all the divs with class mapSearch and uses this to plot markers using the div ID to get the lat/lon and ID of the venue: var locations = $(".mapSearch"); for (var i=0;i<locations.length;i++) { var id = locations[i].id; if (id) { var jsLonLat = id.substring(3).split(":")[0]; var jsId = id.substring(3).split(":")[1]; var jsLat = jsLonLat.split("_")[0]; var jsLon = jsLonLat.split("_")[1]; var jsName = $("h2").text(); var jsAddress = $("p.address").text(); var latlng = new google.maps.LatLng(jsLat,jsLon); var marker = new google.maps.Marker({ position: latlng, map:map, icon: greenRestaurantImage, title: jsName }); google.maps.event.addListener(marker, 'click', function() { //Check to see if info window already exists if (!infowindow) { //if doesn't exist then create a empty InfoWindow object infowindow = new google.maps.InfoWindow(); } //Set the content of InfoWindow infowindow.setContent(jsAddress); //Tie the InfoWindow to the market infowindow.open(map,marker); }); bounds.extend(latlng); map.fitBounds(bounds); } } The markers all plot OK on the map, however I am having probs with the infoWindow bit. I want to display info about each venue when clicked, however using my code above it just puts all info in one box when clicked, not individually. Hoping it is a simple fix! Hoping once I fix this I can work out a way to get the info window displaying if I hover over the div in the html.

  • Get jQuery Error if PHP Breaks

    - by Norbert
    I have a PHP script that breaks if a variable is not populated and it isn't added to the database, but jQuery handles this as a success and I get this error: TypeError: Result of expression 'data' [null] is not an object. Here's the jQuery script: $.ajax({ type: "POST", url: "/clase/do-add", data: $("#adauga").serialize(), dataType: "json", error: function (xhr, textStatus, errorThrown) { alert('Try again.'); }, success: function(data) { var dlHTML = '<dl id="' + data.id + '"> [too long] </dl>'; $('form#adauga').after(dlHTML); $('#main dl:first').hide().fadeIn(); adaugaClasaSubmit.removeAttr('disabled'); adaugaClasa.removeAttr('readonly'); adaugaClasa.val("").focus(); } });

  • SQL Server 2008 full-text search doesn't find word in words?

    - by Martijn
    In the database I have a field with a .mht file. I want to use FTS to search in this document. I got this working, but I'm not satisfied with the result. For example (sorry it's in dutch, but I think you get my point) I will use 2 words: zieken and ziekenhuis. As you can see, the phrase 'zieken' is in the word 'ziekenhuis'. When I search on 'ziekenhuis' I get about 20 results. When I search on 'zieken' I get 7 results. How is this possible? I mean, why doesn't the FTS resturn the minimal results which I get from 'ziekenhuis'? Here's the query I use: SELECT DISTINCT d.DocID 'Id', d.Titel, (SELECT afbeeldinglokatie FROM tbl_Afbeelding WHERE soort = 'beleid') as Pic, 'belDoc' as DocType FROM docs d JOIN kpl_Document_Lokatie dl ON d.DocID = dl.DocID JOIN HandboekLokaties hb ON dl.LokatieID = hb.LokatieID WHERE hb.InstellingID = @instellingId AND ( FREETEXT(d.Doel, @searchstring) OR FREETEXT(d.Toepassingsgebied, @searchstring) OR FREETEXT(d.HtmlDocument, @searchstring) OR FREETEXT (d.extraTabblad, @searchstring) ) AND d.StatusID NOT IN( 1, 5)

  • Download file using java apache commons?

    - by Kyle
    How can I use the library to download a file and print out bytes saved? I tried using import static org.apache.commons.io.FileUtils.copyURLToFile; public static void Download() { URL dl = null; File fl = null; try { fl = new File(System.getProperty("user.home").replace("\\", "/") + "/Desktop/Screenshots.zip"); dl = new URL("http://ds-forums.com/kyle-tests/uploads/Screenshots.zip"); copyURLToFile(dl, fl); } catch (Exception e) { System.out.println(e); } } but I cannot display bytes or a progress bar. Which method should I use?

  • Generic object load function for scala

    - by Isaac Oates
    I'm starting on a Scala application which uses Hibernate (JPA) on the back end. In order to load an object, I use this line of code: val addr = s.load(classOf[Address], addr_id).asInstanceOf[Address]; Needless to say, that's a little painful. I wrote a helper class which looks like this: import org.hibernate.Session class DataLoader(s: Session) { def loadAddress(id: Long): Address = { return s.load(classOf[Address], id).asInstanceOf[Address]; } ... } So, now I can do this: val dl = new DataLoader(s) val addr = dl loadAddress(addr_id) Here's the question: How do I write a generic parametrized method which can load any object using this same pattern? i.e val addr = dl load[Address](addr_id) (or something along those lines.) I'm new to Scala so please forgive anything here that's especially hideous.

  • deleting a file in java while uploading it in other thread

    - by user369507
    i'm trying to build a semi file sharing program, when each computer acts both as a server and as a client. I give multiple threads the option to DL the file from my system. also, i've got a user interface that can recieve a delete message. my problem is that i want that the minute a delete message receieved, i wait for all the threads that are DL the file to finish DL, and ONLY than excute file.delete(). what is the best way to do it? I thought about some database that holds and iterate and check if the thread is active, but it seems clumsy. is there a better way? thanks

  • Image not getting displayed on a JPanel.

    - by Myth17
    class Deal implements ActionListener { public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) { dl.setDeck(); dl.shuffle(); dl.firstDraw(pl); for(Card c:pl.showHand()) panelplay.add(new JLabel(c.getImageIcon())); panelplay.validate(); } } This is an event handler for a Jbutton. The method pl.showHand() returns a ArrayList of a user defined class 'Card'. Inserting a println() inside the loop shows the print, so the code is being executed but the Panel panelplay isnt showing card Images.
