    I am trying to get all stream data from a group (I have wall entries, discussions, events and photos). For now, Access on this group is Open. $result = $_fb-api_client-fql_query("SELECT actor_id, message FROM stream WHERE source_id=$gid LIMIT 50"); Only some of the records come back (5 out of 10) (only wall entries and a photo). Just in case, I asked for extra permission when user signed up for the app (just to make sure is not a lack of permissions - even though the Group is "open" right now): Access my News Feed & Wall Send SMS messages to my phone Create and modify events RSVP to events Access my data when I'm not using the application Publish content to my Wall Access my email address Access Insights data for my pages and applications

  • Toggle Image Overlays in Google Maps API v3

    Hey guys. I've been building a small library for myself for a job I have at the moment building a map for a university. I've gotten pretty well everything I need in some basic form, but one thing has simply not been working, and is simply not giving me results. The university itself is sort of in a partnership with the neighboring college. It's been decided that both campuses should be included. I need to be able to toggle on/off the overlays of the campuses individually. i.e. Start with all campuses ON. User then turns OFF college campus, university overlay stays up. User can then turn it back on to display the college once more, or turn off the university as well, leaving no overlays. Here's a work in progress I'm doing at the moment: http://bgsweb.ca/maps/generator.html Basically, we need to take the one overlay, split it into multiple overlays, and enable the toggling of each individual overlay. Any assistance much appreciated!

  • YouTube .Net API - Not getting correct View Counts

    I've managed to plug away through the YouTube documentation, and have managed to successfully implement the majority of what I want to work. My question is, I get the video View count and it comes back lower than the actual video on YouTube. It was fine this morning and both showed correctly, but now my version is out by 4 views. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or can tell me if they update the values every 5/10/15/24 hours?

    A similar question was already asked, but does not have a satisfying answer. I want to change the CSS style for the map type selection buttons (which are actually DIVs that don't have a CSS class). The links in the referenced question show how to subclass controls, but the examples don't seem to work for GMapTypeControl. Tried the following function CustomGMapTypeControl() {} CustomGMapTypeControl.prototype = new GMapTypeControl() CustomGMapTypeControl.prototype.setButtonStyle_ = function(button) { button.style.backgroundColor = "red"; } but the setButtonStyle_ function doesn't even get called. Any solutions for this?

    So we are defining out functional requirements for a user content site and would like to enable: 1) 3rd party developers to develop applications that users can use on their profile 2) Enable users to export content to other sites meaning share their photos on the net. So we were told we need to use APIs for this & it's merely changing data permissions. Is that the only thing we need?     Hello. I'd like to know if it's possible to know if an external application has an window that is showing up on the taskbar. I have a program that sometimes shows up an error message and it appears on the taskbar. If I "close" the message, it will go invisible, but from what I've seen it still exists. So the only way for me to know if that window is visible and thus "clickable" is to check if it is being shown on the taskbar or not. How can I do this? Thanks

I'm pushing each of the markers into an array like this: markers.push(marker) And attempting to get the total number of markers like this: $('.marker-count span').html(markers.length); Unfortunately, "markers.length" is returning 0 when it should be returning at least 3. I have example code here: http://jsfiddle.net/287C7/ How can I display the total number of markers? Is it not possible to add each marker to my array?     I have an app which posts a message like this to a user's Facebook timeline: This is working fine, but if I post a few times, my posts get grouped on my news feed, and I get this: What settings should I use to control the way this news report appears? Instead of 'All about periods' and the page link in the box at the top, I'd like 'Body iQ Quiz' and the app description. Where would I set these values? And is it possible to make the grouped report say 'Jay cee Effex shared a link via Body iQ Quiz', the way the original post does?   • How to handle mutiple API calls using javascript/jquery

    I need to build a service that will call multiple API's at the same time and then output the results on the page (Think of how a price comparison site works for example). The idea being that as each API call completes the results are sent to the browser immediately and the page would get progressively bigger until all process are complete. Because these API calls may take several seconds each to return I would like to do this via javascript/jquery in order to create a better user experience. I have never done anything like this before using javascript/jquery so I was wondering if there was any frameworks/advice that anyone would be willing to share.
