  Is it possible to see Eclipse compilation details logs? After a number of project changes, the compilation speed became very low (~10 seconds after a simple file change). Whould be nice to see, what compilation steps take most time.

  Is there a way to make Eclipse highlight com.company (where for company substitute the name of the company you work for) in stack traces? It would make it fractionally easier and faster to home in on which parts of the stack trace were ours, and which were third-party code. I tried the logview plugin here, and while it does work, it makes the location information in the stack traces unclickable, which means I would waste more time than I would save.

  Hi, I am trying to access a MySQL database with python through Pydev Eclipse. I have installed the necessary files to access MysQL from python and I can access the database only when I write code in Python IDLE environment and run it from command prompt. However I am not able to run my applications from Pydev. when I use this "import MysqlDB" i get an error, but in IDLE no errors and my code runs very smoothly. Does anyone know were the problem is?   I've downloaded, unzipped and setup Eclipse 3.4.2 with some plugins (noteable, EPIC, Clearcase, QuantumDB, MisterQ). Now I find when I'm editing Java projects the code completion is not working. If I type String. and press ctrl-space a popup shows "No Default Proposals" and the status bar at the bottom shows "No completions available". Any ideas? Thanks....

  I am trying to load a dll in java using the following code System.loadLibrary("mydll"); The project is placed in D:\development\project\ and i have placed the dll on D:. I then gave following VM argument in eclipse configuration -Djava.library.path=D:/ But when i run i get UnsatisifiedLinkerError. After googling a bit, I used System.load("D:\mydll.dll"); but again getting the same problem, could someone can help?

• Logvat viewer in Eclipse flickers annoyingly

  In the logcat viewer in Eclipse, if it is set to filter messages coming from the application I am currently debugging, the list flickers annoyingly. My guess that it reloads the list every time a log message arrives from my device, even if it is not displayed because of the filter. However, it makes reading log messages very hard. Is there any way to counter this bug? Or is there an alternate logcat viewer for Android?

Hello World Hello World Hello World ERROR Is there a way to synchronize these two output streams?
