  • DataGridCheckBoxColumn immediate binding

    Hi. I'm using the WPF Toolkit Datagrid and have one column which is a DataGridCheckBoxColumn bound to a bool property on my ViewModel. My problem is that I wan't the property to get it's value updated immediately when the user checks or unchecks the checkbox. Now you have to navigate away from the cell in order to have the property updated. It's a checkbox. It can't be in the middle of editing like a textbox can... Any help would be appreciated. /J

    hi I need to create a custom bluetooth service and I have to develop it using c++. I read a lot of examples but I didn't success in publishing a new service with a custom UUID.     How can I gain access to Core Data objects from Javascript/WebKit on Mac OS X? I've made custom subclasses of NSManagedObject for each of my tables, with accessors defined using @property/@dynamic for each attribute, but neither isSelectorExcludedFromWebScript: or isKeyExcludedFromWebScript: is called for any of them, so Javascript just stops when I try to access any of the attributes. It returns 'undefined' if I access it as a property (eg business.name ) and javascript execution stops if I access it as a function (eg business.name() ).

    I want to use enumeratorAtURL:includingPropertiesForKeys:options:errorHandler: to do this, as I'm coding under Snow Leopard. I know how to use this method. However, as for my purposes it's not adequate to load the contents lazily, I have the following question: How can I create an object hierarchy (of, say, the custom FileOrDirectory class with the standard children,count,isLeaf attributes) from the information I load from the enumeratorAtURL: method? I need to load this data beforehand, and show it in an outline view, for my purposes.

  • Excel 2003 - ADDRESS() function issues

    I finally thought I had found a way to acutally use excel productively but the code that I followed does not appear to work. I'm thinking that the code is very limited and can't do what I want but I thought I'd ask to confirm - maybe it is my function that is the problem. I want to calculate the sum of a row of values for the previous month based on how many days we are into this month (i.e. It is the 20th of April so I want to sum the first 20 days of March to compare against.) =SUM(G4:ADDRESS(ROW(),7+$BR$3,4)) I basically want to SUM(G4:AA4) and have used the address function to return the cell reference AA4 by taking G4 and adding 20 to the column count. ADDRESS(ROW(),7+$BR$3,4) This successfully returns AA7 as expected HOWEVER, when I try to use the returning value in the SUM() function it throws an error... Am I not able to use this reference in my calculation?

    Hi, I'm writing a custom UITabBar replacement, and I would like to know how to recreate the filter that the built-in implementation does with the UITabBarItem image - that blue shining on selected tabs and gray gradient on unselected ones.     I have turned on "Treat warnings as errors" for my VS project which mean that I get errors for missing documentation (nice reminder for this particular project). However, part of the code is generated by a custom tool which does not insert xml documentation so I'm looking for away to ignore the missing xml documentation for the generated code only, not for the entire project. I have no influence on the actual file generated and cannot really insert anything in the file (as it is regenerated frequently by the tool) so I looking for something existing outside the generated file (the classes that are generated are partial, if that helps)

  • Table Disobeys W3C Box Model, Ie8 Ignores Fixed Table Width !

    Hi, I'm having hard time with tables and column widths. Update: I'm using XHTML Strict 1.0. The page is: http://www.pro-turk.net/try The first problem I have is, I have a column with a fixed width of 100px and 4px padding, but it disobeys my padding depending on the value. The column width (as the distance between two borders according to W3C Box Model) is 156 px even if padding is 0 or 4. Only the position of the text changes. According to W3C Box Model ( available at www.pro-turk.net/box_model.png ), borders and paddings aren't included in WIDTH attribute, so why does it render wrongly ? The second problem is, when you look the page I gave with IE8, the first cell in the second row has 150px fixed width, but ie shows it about 50% of the total table width regardless of what i say.

Some of my class is management class like UINavigationController, but they're not one of them, subclasses from NSObject. Of course, I can place a NSObject instance on IB, but it cannot have a child node. Is there a way to enable adding child node to subclass of NSObject?

I want to add functionality so that when the user types in the username field, an ajax call is triggered to check whether the username is already taken. My requirements are: Preferably integrate with JQuery Validation plugin, rather than writing a custom function I want the lookup to occur on the nkeyup event I want the lookup to be triggered approx 0.5 seconds after the keyup event has occurred.
