  I had enabled lazyFetching option with true/false. and click on any button of calendar then calendar sending multiple ajax calls to get data. • Boost.Program_Options not working with short options

  I have the following options_description: po::options_description config("Configuration File or Command Line"); config.add_options() ("run-time,t", po::value(&runTime_)-default_value(1440.0), "set max simulation duration") ("starting-iteration,i", po::value(&startingIteration_)-default_value(1), "set starting simulation iteration") ("repetitions,r", po::value(&repetitions_)-default_value(100), "set number of iterations") ... ; As you can see the three shown have a long,short names employed. The long versions all work. However, none of the short ones do, and each time I try a -t 12345.0 or a -i 12345, etc., I get the following from Program_Options: std::logic_error: in option 'starting-iteration': invalid option value I'm using Boost 1.42 on Win32. Any thoughts on what might be going on here? Thanks!

  I am developing an small html5 game, where I have the following code: if(object.blocks){ var blocks = object.blocks, that = this; each(blocks,function(index){ that.blocks.push(new Block(this[index])); }); } I receive an object with some configuration and instantiate blocks with it. It works fine, but the Block class has an method, called draw: this.draw = function (ctx){ if(ctx){ var colors = ['#FF0000','#FFFF00','#0000FF','#00FF00'], color = Math.round(Math.random() * colors.length-1); ctx.fillStyle = colors[color]; ctx.fillRect(this.x,this.y,this.width,this.height); } }; It was working before I moved it into the Block class, but now it draws nothing. This is the code that calls draw: render: function(ctx){ each(this.blocks,function(index){ this[index].draw(ctx); }); } The context comes from the html page, from the main canvas.

• Having two ODP.NET (ODAC) versions in the same server

  Hello: Some months ago, a colleague of mine installed ODAC 11.106.21 in a server using XCOPY and then he developed many applications that use this client without problems (in test and production windows servers). Past week, I developed an application under ODAC 11.1.07.20. When I asked him to install these new ODAC version using XCOPY in a different folder and then include my application in the test server, he answered me that I should use ODAC 11.106.21 because he could have troubles with his applications. So I would like to know: 1) If it is really possible to have two different ODAC versions in one server. 2) If the answer is positive, how can I firmly ensure to my colleague that he will not have troubles with his applications? 3) If the answer is positive, is this necessary to do some kind of configuration in the server?   I am trying to get Uploadify working with Rails 3. However, I can't insert the middleware with the correct arguments. This is the Rails 2 way: ActionController::Dispatcher.middleware.insert_before( ActionController::Session::CookieStore, FlashSessionCookieMiddleware, ActionController::Base.session_options[:key] ) This is what I have so far for Rails 3: Rails.application.config.middleware.insert_before( Rails.application.config.session_store, FlashSessionCookieMiddleware, Rails.application.config.session_options[:key] ) However, this gives: kevin$hephaestus:$exposure [1035 | 0]% rake middleware (in /Users/kevin/Projects/exposure) rake aborted! protected method `session_options' called for #<Rails::Application::Configuration:0x101eb28d0> (See full trace by running task with --trace) zsh: exit 1 rake middleware When I comment out the session_options argument, the middleware is successfully inserted, but it can't do what it is supposed to. Any suggestions?

  When hitting a button, an error would occur: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. --- System.ArgumentException: Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using in configuration or in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation. I then added EnableEventValidation="false" into my @Page directive, which fixed the error. Now after manipulating the listbox, the new values in the listbox are not posted back to the server. How can I solve this?

  I used Passenger to deploy a RoR app to a sub URI on my domain. The problem I'm facing is that the sub URI seems to be case sensitive. Navigating to http://mydomain.com/RailsApp resolves fine. However, if I go to http://mydomain.com/railsapp, http://mydomain.com/railsApp, or any other variation, I get a 404 error. How can these requests using different casings get resolved correctly? I then ran SQLMetal.exe and generated a linq to sql class (MyDatabase.mdf) Now I'm trying to select all records from a table with a relatively straightforward select, and I get the error: "There was an error parsing the query.   Hi, I have multiple DLLs that are used to read/write data into my database. There is a presentation layer DLL and a data access layer DLL. I want these DLLs to share a set of the connection strings. My idea is to store the connection string in a seperate DLL in the external configuration file. I'm not sure whether it's a good idea and whether I can reference that external DLL in both presentation and data access layers. The other question is whether I should write a helper class to read the data from the external config file or whether I should be using built in .Net methods? Thank you

  I know why it's happening and i turned the validation on the page level, but is there a way to turn it off on the control level? "Invalid Postback or callback argument . Event validation is enabled using in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to Postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the Postback or callback data for validation."

• Cannot install xdebug with WAMP SERVER 2.1

  Hi all, I use WAMP SERVER 2.1 and select PHP 5.3.3 for my system, so I select xDebug with php_xdebug-2.1.0-5.3-vc6.dll and changed name becoming php_xdebug.dll for easy way to use. Following the instructions: php.ini (in Apache folder) extension=php_xdebug.dll ... zend_extension = "C:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.3/ext/php_xdebug.dll" xdebug.remote_enable=on xdebug.remote_handler=dbgp xdebug.remote_host=localhost xdebug.remote_port=9000 xdebug.idekey="netbeans-xdebug" However, nothing happens, there are no information related to xdebug from phpinfo. Also xdebug announce that xdebug have not installed yet (http://xdebug.org/find-binary.php). I am so worried causing too much time for configuration. I got crazy and totally gave up. Anyone have ideas to solve it, I am so appreciated what you help me. Thanks

  Hi, I am writing a custom editor in a plugin, and I developed it in Galileo. Now I'm trying to run it in Ganymede, but content assist doesn't work. There is no error, just nothing happens when I type "ctrl+space". The way I'm doing it is by providing a custom Configuration class that extends SourceViewerConfiguration, overriding public IContentAssistant getContentAssistant(ISourceViewer sourceViewer). The method gets called when the editor is created but there is no content assist. Was there any change from Ganymede to Galileo that I should be aware of?

It seems to be an issue but no response on their forum My humble guess from looking at their source is that this was introduced to remove a different bug. I've looked at the obvious configuration settings and the like.

  jCarousel documentation states the following: By passing the callback function itemLoadCallback as configuration option, you are able to dynamically create (li) items for the content. {...} jCarousel contains a convenience method add() that can be passed the index of the item to create and the innerHTML string of the item to be created. My Question: Is it possible to remove all items and rebind to a new collection? BTW: I don't necessarily need a "convenience method" to do this. I'm very open to workarounds. FYI: This strategy doesn't seem to work.

  I'm connecting to Informix 6.5 using the IBM OLE DB Driver. Some clarification: Informix Dynamic Server Workgroup Edition. Please note that there are many versions of IDS/WE - it helps to be precise about which version you have. It might be something like 10.00.TC1; the version number could be as old as 7.xx.TCx, or as new as 11.50.TCx. If your server is not on Windows but on Unix - or is on 64-bit Windows - the letter 'T' would change to 'U' (32-bit Unix) or 'F' (64-bit - Unix or Windows), or even 'H' (a particular HP-UX configuration). When I try to create a dataset using the VS DataSet wizard, after clicking on test connection it tells me 'Base Table not found'? The OLEDB driver is the official one provided by IBM. The problem with the 'Table not found' dialog is that Visual Studio doesn't tell me the table name but only the error! Has anyone else had this problem?

• Showing all a Gem's build flags

  This is more a curiosity than necessity question. I've just installed nokogiri again with RubyGems and it is saying "WARNING: Nokogiri was built against LibXML version 2.7.5, but has dynamically loaded 2.7.6" This is easy enough to fix, but it lead to a more general question: how do I see all the configuration options for a rubygem before installing it? I found the easiest way I know how is to visit the gem folder an run "ruby nokogiri-0.0.0/ext/nokogiri/extconf.rb -h" and that shows me it, but there has to be an easier way, right? I was expecting some kind of "sudo gem install nokogiri -- --help" command that would show the build flags. I've searched around a bit but didn't see anything, anybody know how to do this before I go digging into RG's source :)?
