  We have a trac server on our network, and when I run the following: svn co http://trac.theserver.com/browser/trunk/thefolder . Then I put in my LDAP password, and I get this svn: The OPTIONS response did not include the requested activity-collection-set; this often means that the URL is not WebDAV-enabled What do I need to do to resolve this? The previous IT guy had all sorts of weird ways of setting up stuff on the network.

  I have been trying for the past three days to install SQL Server 2008 with SharePoint integrated mode in VMware Player, however I keep getting the following error: Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode is not supported for WORKGROUP edition I setup ADDS and have my computer part of that domain (therefore not a WORKGROUP). I am currently at my wits end and any help would be appreciated. Current Roles installed: Application Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Web Server (IIS) Features: Desktop Experience, Group Policy Management, Ink and Handwriting Services, Remote Server Administration Tools, Windows Process Activation Service, .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features

• Proliant Support Pack and Ubuntu on older HP Proliants

  We have a couple of oldish HP Proliant servers -- one DL385 G1 and one DL360 G5, to be exact -- that we'd like to upgrade from CentOS 5 to Ubuntu LucidLynx. The problem is that HP doesn't offer Ubuntu Proliant Support Packs for these particular models. Would you upgrade regardless, skipping the PSPs altogether? Are there alternative hardware monitoring tools that would match the functionality of the PSPs? Is there a hack to install the PSP RPMs on an Ubuntu system?

  I have an account in university on Linux machine with 10TB of free space accessible via SFTP. I would like to backup my Windows 7 x64 laptop to university. Currently I am using rsync+cygwin, but backup is pretty slow (without shadow copy) and I hate console window appearing every day on my screen when I login. So I am looking for something like Windows Backup but with support for SFTP. Combination of tools will work too.

  I have a ton of IIS monthly logs. Can someone recommend software that can help me analyze them (e.g. visitors, os/browser statistics, all the standard stuff)? I'd like a piece of software that does not require me to setup a server or anything complicated. Simply point it to a file or folder and it'll do the rest. When I put the project on Ubuntu10.04 Lamp and type url in browser: myProject/public/index/login I login then I get 404 Page Not Found.   Is there an extension or add-on like Stylish which lets you easily toggle back and forth between affected (Stylish) and standard (or untainted) view? I've tried changing colors in Firefox (Settings Content Colors) but there is no quick toggle between the states. Firefox or Google Chrome, whichever one has the extension. Doesn't matter since I'll switch to using that as my primary development browser.

  Hello, I have setup a certificate on Apache server. When I access my site's https pages, I see the certificate flashing (in FireFox's url tab) and disappearing immediately. The browser stays in the same windows (https) but now certificate info is not displayed and the connection is not encrypted. Can anyone recommend on how I can even start checking what is wrong ?   Hi my problem is this: I have a 3 pc (192.168.1.2,..3,..4) and a windows 2008 server (192.168.1.100) router is 192.168.1.1. I just want that the 3 pc set like gateway 192.168.1.100, are filter by squid proxy loaded in win2008 so in win2008 I 've set in control panel the proxy 192.168.1.100:3128 and in win2008 browser work, the connection is filtered by proxy, but in 3 pc not works, so maybe I should route all incoming request into squid, but I dunno how ... thanks

  i've just solved the blue screen problem after "preparing your desktop" on windows 2008 server with your help (http://serverfault.com/questions/410570/server-2008-blue-screen-after-login-no-desktop) but unfortuneletly for me i did many things before that through gpedit.msc specifically to restrict user access to windows programs, control panel, regedit, msconfig ... but when i finally can log on even with administrator i cant open anything at all... and the message at title always came up.. please help me i cant open anything, regedit, mmc, any administrative tools ....

  I have an HP Mini 110 with Splashtop OS as an 'instant on' OS. I've updated to the newest version which has a Chromium browser...and not too much else You know what would be really cool? The newest Chromium/Chrome OS build on there instead Can someone in the know tel me if this is even possible? (just to be clear, I don't want to put Chrome OS on my hard drive or boot to a USB drive. I want Chrome OS installed in the same place that Splashtop is installed.)

  I've added these lines to /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: AddEncoding gzip .svgz AddType image/svg+xml .svg AddType image/svg+xml .svgz But SVG files still appear as broken images on my html page served by Apache. I made sure I restarted the webserver, browser and cleared the cache as well. How do you get SVG files to work with Apache2?
