    HI, does anybody know if there's any option to show a real progress bar in my web site, when uploading a video to youtube using their API? I believe that in order to do so , I would need to have the option to make ajax calls during the upload to get the state of the upload. am I right? and if I am, do you know if that's possible and how?

  • Why the vertical scroll bar moves automatically ?

    I don't understand why the vertical scroll bar moves automatically to the most top position when "Line 9" clicked, for example. Further clicks does not move the scroll bar. Could anyone explain why, and how to fix this ?   • Tab bar controller in landscape mode

    Hi to all All my app is in landscape mode .In some point I switch to a screen with Tab Bar Controller , but it's been placed like in portrait mode.I subclassed the UITabBarController and override the method "shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation" to return YES always but because the app is already in landscape , this method is not being called. does anyway have an answer to this? thanks Giald

    I have been taken in to provide some seo guidance on a website which has been running since 2005. My problem is i want to use clean urls. The code that handles the url is hidden away in some class file.. and with over a few thousand lines of code its a struggle to rewrite it. So I'm think, I have gone through all the products and created a slug for them as a field in the product table. Is it possible to do something like an intermediate file for htaccess. Some thing like 1./clean-slug-comes-in/ 2.htaccess catches this and uses slug.php to find the relevant product id for the slug. 3.Then product.php?id=(ID.found.from.2) is loaded?

    Hello, i own a website where users can vote/rate things and i want to improve the poor inputbox (from 1 to 10) to improve visual rendering. I was thinking of a bar, which have 10 ' | ' you can move the cursor from one to ten (it doesn't have to be AJAX because the rating is only added at the end of the form) I'm sure you already seend this king of thing but i actually can't find any plugin of it.   • clicking title bar fires onBlur in Opera

    Hi, I am closing a popup window at 'onBlur' defined for 'BODY' of an ASP webpage, so when a user clicks outside the popup the popup closes. I want the popup to be moveable around the screen and it works for all browsers but Opera. In Opera the 'onBlur' event is fired when clicking the titlebar of the popup - this seems weird for me, as the titlebar is a part of the popup window, right? What can I do about it?

The number of countdown clocks varies from day to day so I need to call javascript several times from within "while" code in php to produce different clocks. I don't know how to call the javascript several times and increment the variable cd1 within the javascript.   • Changing the title of jQuery-UI dialog-box with in another dialog-box's function...

    Why doesn't doesn't the second jQuery-UI dialog box title change when popped. The first dialog box I change the title of the box with using the following .attr("title", "Confirm") -- it change the title of the first box to 'Confirm', like it should have. Now when the second box pops up it should change the title to 'Message' since did the same thing for the second box -- .attr("title", "Message"). Right? But it doesnt. It keep the title from before.
