    I used google.map api to develop a project which works well on android 2.1. But when I run the same project on android 2.2, it encountered some errors. The shown errors are " -- AndroidRuntime FATAL EXCEPTION:main -- AndroidRuntime java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:android.net.NetworkConnectivityListener -- AndroidRuntime at com.google.android.maps.MapActivity.onCreate(MapActivity.java:199) " I don't know where is the problem?   • OpenID: Trying to Get Email Address from Google OP

    I’m using dotnetopenauth 3.2 to implement Openid and can’t figure out how to get Google to pass the email address in the Claims Response. I know that Google doesn’t support simple registration, but I can’t determine what they do support. Caveat to this question is that I just started learning OpenID and I know I don’t have a solid grasp on the specification which I think is leading to my confusion. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Why doesn't Apple make private APIs inaccessible?

    If Apple doesn't want developers using private APIs in the iPhone SDK, why don't they do something like mark the classes and/or methods with whatever the Objective-C equivalent of C#'s "internal" keyword? If the APIs are spread amongst multiple binaries, Apple could refactor them into dedicated private-API-only binaries to make this easier for them.

    Hello everybody, i am developing a GPS application in which i needs to track the speed of the device/iphone ,i am using the CLCorelocation API's Locate me referral code provided by Apple my problem is that the LocationManager does not updates the current latitude and longitudes thus i am unable to calculate the distance as well as the speed of the device/iphone.   • Is there an easy way to make a horizontally paged UIScrollView wrap around?

    I notice that in the stocks application, the small graph wraps around, eg: when you get to the end of the scroll view and swipe right again, you go back to the beginning. Before I go ahead and code this myself is there an easy way to do this in the SDK? I can't find any properties or methods that would enable that? I have a paged UIScrollView that scrolls horizontally, pretty much exactly like the stocks application one does.

    Hi, I just finished setting up my Eclipse with the Android plug-in. (i.e https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/) Now when I do the following 1. Eclipse Preferences Android, I see a lot of "Target Name" like Android 1.1 - Android 2.1 However, in the book that I'm reading, I'm also supposed to see a "Target Name" called "Google APIs".     Does anyone know what approach one can take to automatically generate Java source code, from for example an xml or json file, in eclipse? One great example of what I am thinking of doing is what Google Android sdk does: they have an R class generated automatically from the resources.
