  I am running a stored procedure that returns 2 cursors and none of them have any data. Why this difference? is there a way to make iBatis put an object of MyBean inside the list even if there are no rows returned? Or should I be handling this in my DAO...I want to avoid handling it in the DAO because I have whole bunch of DAO's like these.

  I have two xaml file one is MainWindow.xaml and other is userControl EditTaskView.xaml. In MainWindow.xaml it consists of listbox and when double clicked any item of listbox, it displays edit window (EditView userControl). Whenever edit window gets displayed, it plays an animation (sliding from right to left). The EditView userControl has two buttons 'Save' and 'Cancel'. Now I want to add animation (sliding edit window from left to right) when any of the button (Save or Cancel) button is clicked. When 'Save' or 'Cancel' button is clicked, it Collapse the edit window. • java.lang.NullPointerException exception in my controller file (using Spring Hibernate Maven)

  The problem doesn't seemed to have anything to do with Hibernate. As I've commented the Hibernate stuff but I'm still getting it. If I comment out this line message = staffDAO.searchForStaff(search); in my controller file, it goes through ok. But I don't see anything wrong with searchForStaff function. It's a very simple function that just returns the string "test" and run system.out.println("test").   I have a dict of lists in python: content = {88962: [80, 130], 87484: [64], 53662: [58,80]} I want to turn it into a list of the unique values [58,64,80,130] I wrote a manual solution, but it's a manual solution.   Hi, I have large file comprising ~100,000 lines. Each line corresponds to a cluster and each entry within each line is a reference i.d. for another file (protein structure in this case), e.g. 1hgn 1dju 3nmj 8kfn 9opu 7gfb 4bui I need to read in the file as a list of lists where each line is a sublist, thus preserving the integrity of the cluster, e.g. nested_list = [['1hgn', '1dju', '3nmj', '8kfn'], ['9opu', '7gfb'], ['4bui']] My current code creates a nested list but the entries within each list are a single string and not comma separated. Therefore, I cannot splice the list with indices so easily. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, S :-)

• buttons inside scrollviewer problem

  Hello, everyone. I couldn't find a solution to my problem eventhough I believe that others have come across this too. Basically, there are like twenty buttons in a wrap panel, which is inside a scrollviewer. The problem is that when I want to scroll the list, the click event fires the triggers. • Query about running a program through valgrind and getting false results comparing to other systems.

  Yesterday i posted this: What's the problem with this code? [hashtable in C] and paxdiablo offered to help me. He posted a sample of code and asked me to run it through valgrind on my machine. This code normally generates: 12,4 But on my machine, i get 24,8. The doubled! I'm just curious why is that happening. Hope sb has a good explaination. • Horizontal scrolling in a wx.RichTextCtrl

  I have a RichTextCtrl created as follows: self.userlist = wx.richtext.RichTextCtrl(self, style=wx.TE_MULTILINE|wx.TE_READONLY|wx.HSCROLL) It all works fine, except for the wx.HSCROLL style. If I change the RichTextCtrl to a regular TextCtrl, it correctly horizontal scrolls on long lines, rather than wrapping, but on the RichTextCtrl it wraps regardless. Is there an easy way to make it scroll horizontally? (I do, unfortunately, need the RichTextCtrl's featureset for this object.)

• Making GridView Respond to 2 Drop Down Lists

  Hi there. I have got 2 Drop Down Lists on my Form and 1 GridView. I want GridView to display the data according to selection from the Drop Down Lists. For Example, One Drop Down List contains Names and other contains Dates. Both the Drop Down Lists can post back. So if i select a name from 1st Drop Down list, the Grid View should show all the results according to that Name. Similarly if i select the Date from the other Drop Down List , the Grid View should show the results according to the dates. But i cant figure out as how to bind Grid View to respond to 2 Drop Down List. BTW i am binding both the Drop Down Lists and the Grid View to the DataSource Objects, which is getting data from the database. Any Suggestions??
