  • Fuzzy match in sharepoint search engine?

    In sharepoint 2007 sites, we can search for people or other contents. Is the search engine able to do fuzzy match so that "Micheal" can be corrected to "Michael"? If it's possible, does it need extra configuration? I am also writing a custom webpart that uses sharepoint search service, a web service that has url like "http://site/_vti_bin/search.asm". Is it possible to use this service to do fuzzy search as well? Thanks.

    Given a URL to an image (and not the image itself), what's the most efficient of getting it's dimensions? I would like to change the height and width attributes in the image tag (<img>) if it is greater than 200x200. However, if it's smaller than that, then I'd like to keep the size as it is.   • Android TextView Linkify problem with phone numbers and application version number

    I have a problem with TextView and autoLink feature. I have an about screen in my application with some information like support phone number, email address, website URL and application version in form like 01.01.01 After setting autoLink="all" on the textView, all values are linked fine - except that version number 01.01.01 is linked as the phone number as well. Is there some way to exclude this text fragment from linkifing?

    I'm writing an iPhone app with a UIWebView which should display various html files I have in the app resource folder. In xcode my project overview, these html files are displayed like this: dirA |---> index.html |---> a1.html |---> a2.html |---> my.css |---> dirB |---> b1.html |---> b2.html |---> dirC |---> c1.html |---> c2.html These resources where added to the project as such: - Checked "Copy items into destination groups folder (if needed)". - Reference type: Default. - Text encoding: Unicode (utf-8). - Recursively create groups for any added folders. The links in my html are relative, meaning they look like this: <a href="a1.html">a2</a> <a href="a2.html">a2</a> <a href="dirB/b2.html">b2</a> <a href="dirC/c1.html">b2</a> In order to display the index.html when the app starts up, I use the following code: NSString *path = [[NSBundle mainBundle] pathForResource:@"index" ofType:@"html"]; NSURL *url = [NSURL fileURLWithPath:path]; NSURLRequest *request = [NSURLRequest requestWithURL:url]; [webView loadRequest:request]; This works fine. Following links from the index file also works fine, as long as the html files requested are directly under dirA. If the link followed points to a file in a sub-directory, then didFailLoadWithError will catch the situation and report that the requested file does not exist. Note that [webView loadHtmlString:myHtml]; cannot be part of the solution, as I need back and forward buttons to work in my web view. So the question is: How can I follow a relative link to an html file in a sub directory within my resources? I've been all over stackoverflow and the rest of the tubes for the past few days trying to figure this one out, but nowhere have I come across the solution to this exact problem. Any insight at all would be very, very much appreciated!

I have enabled query strings with $config['enable_query_strings'] = TRUE; The debugger opens up a page with the following url http://blinkfilms.ben.dev/myid/tests?XDEBUG_SESSION_START=netbeans-xdebug So codeigniter should fire up the controller in controllers/myid/tests.php

    When attempting to use HttpWebRequest to retrieve a page from my dev server, I get a web exception: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure... The url I'm attempting to read from is a plain-old http://myserver.com/mypage.asp - no SSL. The production server has a valid certificate so this shouldn't be an issue, but our dev server doesn't. Help!

It works fine until it returns from the Sagepay site and all of my local user session vars are destroyed for some reason.Thus i am unable to use my own created session vars and save information about a user regarding that specific order.     Under JBoss 4.0.1SP1, I have a servlet that makes multiple, concurrent calls to web services that are running under the same instance. I'm using request.getServerName() (on HttpServletRequest) to construct the endpoint URL. This normally works fine, but every once in a while returns null. I hadn't seen this before running the web service requests in parallel, and so I guessed that sharing the HttpServletRequest among threads won't always work or something. Any ideas on fixing this?

    Hello I've been trying to parse a UTF-16 encoded xml file in Ruby (1.8.7), and I can't seem to find how to do it by searching (google and stack overflow) Here's the xml file url: http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/feeds/playout/triplejsydneyplayout.xml?_5366 Getting the xml string from Net::HTTP and passing it to REXML, then calling logger.info xmlDoc.inspect produces: <UNDEFINED> ... </> Any ideas?   • How to intercept 401 from Forms Authentication in ASP.NET MVC?

    I would like to generate a 401 page if the user does not have the right permission. The user requests a url and is redirected to the login page (I have deny all anonymous in web.config). The user logs in successfully and is redirected to the original url. However, upon permission check, it is determined that the user does not have the required permission, so I would like to generate a 401. But Forms Authentication always handles 401 and redirects the user to the login page. To me, this isn't correct. The user has already authenticated, the user just does not have the proper authorization. In other scenarios, such as in ajax or REST service scenario, I definitely do not want the login page - I need the proper 401 page. So far, I've tried custom Authorize filter to return ViewResult with 401 but didn't work. I then tried a normal Action Filter, overriding OnActionExecuting, which did not work either. What I was able to do is handle an event in global.asax, PostRequestHandlerExecute, and check for the permission then write out directly to response: if (permissionDenied) { Context.Response.StatusCode = 401; Context.Response.Clear(); Context.Response.Write("Permission Denied"); Context.Response.Flush(); Context.Response.Close(); return; } That works but it's not really what I want. First of all, I'm not even sure if that is the right event or the place in the pipeline to do that. Second, I want the 401 page to have a little more content. Preferably, it should be an aspx page with possibly the same master page as the rest of the site. That way, anyone browsing the site can see that the permission is denied but with the same look and feel, etc. but the ajax or service user will get the proper status code to act on. Any idea how this can be achieved? I've seen other posts with similar requests but didn't see a solution that I can use. And no, I do not want a 403.

Essentially, I have an incoming URL which looks like this: /StandardSystems/Dell/LatitudeE6500 I'd like that to be mapped to the StandardsystemsController, and I'd like that controller to be passed parameters "make" => "Dell" and "model" => "LatitudeE6500".
