  • Creating notes on facebook through FBConnect in iPhone application

    Hi All, I have tried FBConnect for iPhone and am able to create/manage sessions and upload pictures successfully. What I can't sort out is, how to create and edit notes. The Facebook documentation says that notes.create query takes three arguments:title, content and uid. It seems I am unable to form the right request for the required query. Please help me on this.     i want to take a folder of pictures, and turn it into a slideshow video with music in the background. i have no idea how to do this, or where to get help, cos this isnt the kind of thing you can search in google. idk if there are api's for it, or if it can even be done in C#. maybe ill have to move the project to C++ or something, but first i need to know where the hell to start. thanks.

  • Floats in CSS - Gap/space left on top when floated to the right?

    This is a little difficult to describe, but basically there is undesired space left by a floated div on my page. Here are pictures describing the problem. The black boxes are divs. Before floating: After floating: Desired effect: And I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I also have an empty div with "clear: both" placed immediately after the floated div.     Hi all! A lot of big websites (facebook etc) are settings up CDN's for their content. Now I notice, that these CDN's are not always on the original domain. Example: Facebook pictures are on "photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net" Why is that? Is there a performance-gain in not having lots of subdomains on the "primary" domain (facebook.com)

    Hi, To checkout I use the following command CVSROOT="/home/projects/stuff/" cvs co mywork with the mywork directory I have text files as well as pictures, i.e., looks something like this - paper.tex - pic1.jpg - pic2.jpg etc. In particular, I am interested in checking out all the version of paper.tex over time. Is there a way how I can check all revisions of this file out at once? Or which command can I use to see when revision have been made to this particular file? many thanks for your help, Andrew

    Everywhere there are pretty pictures of failing tests shown inline in the code editor, like in Peepcodes Objective-C for Rubyist screencast and in apples own technical documentation: When I build my test-target, all I get is a little red icon down in the right corner, stating something went wrong. When clicking on it, I get the Build Results, where I can start to hunt for test results. Do anyone have a clue on what´s wrong?

    I am trying to create a fog of war style map where areas I have visited are uncovered and the rest of the map is "hidden". I am using a MKPolygonOverlay that covers the whole map and create inner polygons around all the locations I have visited. However in areas where these inner polygons overlap, that portion of the overlay is still being drawn.     About a month ago I saw a portfolio website in Flash that featured a stack of cards, and each time you clicked on it, they sort of blew all over the place, thus exposing the backs as videos and pictures. Although I could easily take a bunch of 3D planes and tween them to turn and flip, these cards actually seemed to 'bend'. How is this effect achieved? Sorry I don't have the link to the example. They can show pictures (.jpg), but they cant open any .avi file (when open avi file, they just do nothing..) ... (I have all codecs installed) Is there any ideas ?

The 2010 Excel documentation is patchy on this subject. The same code works fine in Excel 2007.
