    These are my requirements: Can support latest DirectX/OpenGL standards Dual DVI output required Less than $100 Does not need to excel at gaming Does need to provide hardware acceleration for Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2010 via WPF. Bonus points: Supported in OSx86 land. Quiet and low power. I tend to lean towards nvidia because I'm used to their drivers and their software (nview, etc.)

  • Can I install an x86 version of XP on an acer aspire one

    I have bought an acer aspire one which has the intel atom processor running linux and am having difficulty getting a 3G USB modem (huwaei e220) working with it. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to get this working but as the modem is not supported on Linux I have now decided to give in and install xp. Is there a specific version of xp that I need for this processor? or can I install the standard x86 version

    Hi! I've updated from 9.10 to 10.04 but unfortunately the PHP provided with 10.04 is not yet supported by zend optimizer. As far as I understand I need to somehow replace the PHP 5.3 package provided under 10.04 with an older PHP 5.2 package provided under 9.10. However I am not sure whether this is the right way to downgrade PHP and if yes, I don't know how to replace the 10.04 package with 9.10 package. Could you please help me with that?

    I'm looking for a definitive answer, does Solaris 10 running on a SPARC machine support booting into 32bit mode? I've found one site that states Solaris 8 was the last version that supported booting in a 32bit mode for SPARC. I've read multiple items that explain how to boot Solaris into 32bit mode, however they did not list the Solaris version. We've tried all the ways specified, but the system keeps booting into 64bit mode.

    Hello,i want to install windows xp from my flash disk but upon running DISKPART and LIST PART my flash disk is not being listed.I soon find out its not supported on another forum.I tried unet bootin but i dont want to go that route.I have learn't that i can make my flash disk appear a hard drive but i am not sure since i have never done this before.   • Photoshop: left-handed copy/paste?

    Being left-handed, I use the mouse in my left hand. In most applications I use CTRL+INSERT/SHIFT+INSERT to copy and paste (with my right hand). For some bone-headed reason, this is not supported in Photoshop, so I have to use right-click COPY sub-menus, which is a lot slower. Is there a way to configure Photoshop to use CTRL+INSERT to copy and SHIFT+INSERT to paste?

It looks like can do more than simply virtualize an entire system, and I'm having trouble finding good documentation that would explain how I can start a virtualized system (using an openvz template or something).     Anyone know how to share an Internet connection over Ethernet, from Mac OSX to Ubuntu (Lucid Lynx 10.04)? EDIT Mac receives Internet access via Airport (Wireless). I don't need any Mac-Ubuntu file sharing, just need to access the Internet through the Mac. (The reason for this is that the Ubuntu box's wireless adapter isn't supported by the default 10.04 install, so I need to connect Ubuntu to the net with a wired connection to update certain packages.)

    I've installed two operatings system on single drive with 3 partitions (#1 Windows 7, #2 Debian Squeeze, #some data). Grub 2 is installed in MBR and lets me choose which system to boot. I would encrypt the 1st system partition containing Win 7. I tried to do this using TrueCrypt under Windows, but it says that encrypting Windows system with other loader (not windows loader, Grub in my case) is not supported. How can I do that?
