    When I try to run something with wine, nothing happens! I have many had problems with Ubuntu so I have tried to get Windows 8 back on the computer, but because Ubuntu can't run exe files I can't open the installer. Furthermore my computer can't boot from a CD/DVD anymore after I installed Ubuntu, it turns up with a black screen with a blinking marker at the upper left corner of the screen and after 10 minutes it says something like Can't boot from the selected media device - select another How do I get Windows back?

Do some teams set a certain policy in place, like "support devices used by more than 2% of users" or "support OS versions with over 10% of users?" For example, a reoccurring challenge I am running into is the decision whether to support only new OS versions like iOS7 or KitKat, or continue support for older versions.     After deploying a charm, either locally or not, juju status lists "Pending". It seems to sit in this state for awhile, longer in my experience in the cloud, a bit shorter locally. What is juju doing during this time? For local instances it's a couple minutes or less, longer with cloud instances, up to 10 minutes in some cases. I am just curious if deploy's stay pending when the VM is being setup or is something else going on?
