• Slow form submission.

  When I submit a form, I can see my browser's progress bar slowly increased, it takes 4-6s to submit a form. It was a generic form like : <form id="someid" name="someName" action="someAction.do"> ... </form> I test it in IE8 and Firefox 3,both are very slow. My network condition is fine, my server works great. What could be the problem?

  hi, i"m getting nuts in here. everytime i try to do even an ExternalInterface.call('alert','abc'); (which will work on every browser) i get an object doesent support this propety or method after the alert appears. it even happens in the HTML generated by flash without me touching it... there is any solution?! thanks!

• The streaming of videos and audios does not stop after closing the webview.

  Hi, I am playing the iphone-streaming videos via webview. The problem is that if I play the stream in the iphone everything works fine. But when i play the stream in the iPad. the streaming does not stop until i exit the app or play some other video. Anybody knows a workaround for this or how to close the streaming when user closes the webview. Thanks, madhup

  Is it possible to have special characters like åäö in the key? If i urlencode the key before storing it works, but i cant really find a way to access the object. If i write åäö in the url i get access denied (like i get if the object is not found). If i urlencode the url i paste in the browser i get "InvalidURICouldn't parse the specified URI". Is there some way to do this?

  I set the width using: style="width: 200px" When the browser window is narrow, the td is the correct width. When I make the window wide, the td expands wider than what I set it to. Any ideas?

  I have a 3rd website (Confluence) which references images which are secured by a login. If the current user is logged in the image is shown if not the image url would redirect to a login form. Example When you enter this url in the browser a redirect to the login page is done. The problem now: IE shows a the dreaded red X icon for the image even though there should be just nothing (like in Firefox). Anyone knows how to get around this?

My problem is can one user who use one browser to log in to the system have multiple session at a time.   I have input boxes with a height of 25 pixels. In Firefox, Safari and IE8 automatically vertically align the text of it in the middle correctly. However in IE6 and IE7 the text is aligned to the top. How may I resolve this? Adding padding-top increased the total height of the input as I have explicitly declared its height.
