  I'd like git status to always use the short format: $ git status --short M src/meck.erl M test/meck_tests.erl ?? erl_crash.dump ?? meck_test_module.coverdata There does not seem to exist a configuration option for this, and git config --global alias.status "status --short" does not work. I haven't managed to create and alias in zsh either. How can I make git status to use the short format by default.

  I have a Telerik RadDatePicker, which I am binding to the SelectedDate property. I want this control to show a validation error when the default date set in the control is removed/deleted. I was able to achieve this, but the problem was that the validation error occurs only when Enter is pressed or when we click outside the control. Is there a way tell RadDatePicker to update the source without moving the focus? (Tried UpdateSourceTrigger=PropertyChanged, but still it wasnt working)

  hello I've placed this code my didload method, to get a black Navigationbar. rootTabBarController.navigationController.navigationBar.barStyle = UIBarStyleBlackOpaque; rootTabBarController.moreNavigationController.navigationBar.barStyle = UIBarStyleBlackOpaque; its working fine, but when the user rearranges the Icons in the editmode, i'm getting a default blue navigation bar.   NSXMLTypeStore is used when starting Core Data backed application by default because it's good for debugging purposes. But practice dictates that developer should use either NSBinaryStoreType, NSInMemoryStoreType or NSSQLiteStoreType store types in release builds. How do you manage changes between debug and release builds? I believe that changing store type from NSXMLTypeStore to, say, NSBinaryStoreType in code on each release is kinda cumbersome.
