  • django urlconf or .htaccess trouble

    Hello I am running my django project from subfolder of a website. Lets say the address where my project is meant to open from is. http://example.com/myproject/ the myproject folder is root folder for my user account. In that folder i have fcgi script that starts my project. The .htaccess file in the folder contains this: RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteRule ^(.*)$ mysite.fcgi/$1 [QSA,L] The trouble is, that at some cases, instead of redireting user to page like http://example.com/myproject/social/someurl/ it redirects to http://example.com/social/someurl/ which does not work. What i want to know is how to fix this problem. Is this django problem and i should change it with urconf and add myproject to all urls, or should i do this with .htaccess?     My solution has a C# application project C# User Controls project C++ Mathematics project One of the UserControls uses function from the Mathematics (C++ project). This UserControl is used in the application. Building and starting the application works just fine. When typing the IntelliSense suggests all the contained classes and methods. The UserControl appears correctly, but on clicking a button which calls the C++ function I get a BadImageFormatException (it pops out on the end of the automatically created Main function). The help suggests to use /fixed:no for linking, but that is already set up.

  • The best way to organize WPF projects

    Hello everybody, I've started recently to develop a new software in WPF, and I still don't know which is the best way to organize the application, to be more productive with Visual Studio and Expression Blend. I noticed 2 annoying things I'd like to solve: I'm using Code Contracts in my projects, and when I run my project with Expression Blend, it launches the static analysis of the code. How can I stop that? Which configuration of the project does Blend use by default? I've tried to disable Code Contracts in a new configuration. It works in VS as the static analysis is not launched, but it has no effects in Blend. I've thinked about splitting the Windows Application in 2 parts: the first one containing the views of the WPF (app.exe) and the second one being the core of the project, with the logic code (app.core.dll), and I would just open the former project in Blend.     I am trying to connect to a remote sql database and simply run the "select @@servername" query in Powershell. I'm trying to do this without using integrated security. I've been struggling with "get-credential" and "invoke-sqlcmd", only to find (I think), that you can't pass the password from "get-credential" to another Powershell cmdlets.     Hi guys, I'm using Hudson and I need to change the checkout directory for cvs. Instead of checkout/update the project under the workspace dir, I'd like to specify a dir (as you can do for svn, changing the Local module directory conf) that will match the cvs tree structure. Eg. under cvs dir1/dir2/project on my box workspace/dir1/dir2/project is that possible with cvs and Hudson? Maybe there's a way to override the cvs call? Thanks! Roberto
