    When looking to get data from a web page whats the recommended method if the page does not provide a structured data feed? Am I right in thinking that its just a case of doing an NSURLRequest and then hacking what you need out of the responseData(NSData*)? I am not too concerned about the implementation in Xcode, I am more curious about actually collecting the data, before I start coding a "hunt & peck" through a list of data. gary

More controls are in panel.I set the dock property for panel as 'fill' .The panel are resized based on screen resolution. but the controls remains same.The controls in the panel are not resized based on screen solution. i have more labels and panels and text-boxs and button in the same page.     I'm writing a very simple webpage in html5 for iPhone. the page is this one Not Working Everything works but in the page from the iPhone i see the quicktime logo with a slash on it and if i tap on it the player shows up the play button and in the background there is the quicktime logo. is it possible to replace the logos with a personal image? thank you in advance.

    I have a page that uses routing and it works fine under Visual web developer. But when I deployed to IIS 7. The page that uses routing doesn't seem to recognize the user is logged in. I think I read about this but had not seen it until now. Hope there is a fix! Environment deployed too is ASP.NET 3.5 SP1, SQL SERVER 2008, and IIS 7 integrated. Thanks.

    Here are the ways the Eclipse documentation states you can navigate the Content Assist list: You can use the mouse or the keyboard (Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Page Up, Page Down, Home, End, Enter) to navigate and select lines in the list. But all of the options require you to move your hands significantly away from their natural place on the keyboard! Are there any other, quicker ways I can navigate this list? Something like tab, or the j/k from vi?

    Hey guys, I have a web service where people can edit their pages CSS, but I have a bar on the footer of that page that I want to make consistend on every page... People are, right now, able to "remove" it with CSS and I really didn't want to go and parse the CSS to remove rules related to that bar...     I am writing a JIT on ARM Linux that executes an instruction set that contains self-modifying code. The instruction set does not have any cache flush instructions (similar to x86 in that respect). If I write out some code to a page and then call mprotect on that page, is that sufficient to invalidate the instruction cache? Or do I also need to use the cacheflush syscall on those pages?

We seem to have a problem with the querystring, starting with "ReturnUrl=", being duplicated and that throws an exception. We'd rather have it go to a default page.

  • Cross-Domain iframe communication

    I have an iframe being created on a page, and the page's domain is being explicitly set to 'xyz.com' but the iframe's domain is defaulting to 'dev.xyz.com', which is the actual domain i'm developing for. The problem is, when I try to access that iframe via iframe.contentWindow.document, it fails due to the difference in domain. I've tried setting the iframe's src to a file with document.domain = 'xyz.com' but that doesn't seem to be doing the trick... Any ideas?
