  • Where are the sqlite drivers for monotouch?

    On the sqlite-net github page, it indicates that in addition to this library, I also need the compiled sqlite2 binaries: 0 dependencies aside from a compiled form of the sqlite2 library. I checked that page and I am unable to determine what binaries I should use in order to use it on IOS via MonoTouch; the instructions make it quite clear that this particular use-case was actually the genesis of this project, so this must be supported. Does anyone know what binaries I am supposed to use on IOS?

  • Getting 404 when attempting to POST file to Google Cloud Storage from service account

    I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the proper syntax & formatting for a service account to send a POST Object to bucket request? I'm attempting it programmatically using the HttpComponents library. I manage to get a token from my GoogleCredential, but every time I construct the POST request, I get: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access denied.</Message><Detailsbucket-name</Details></Error The Google documentation that describes the request methods, mentions posting using html forms, but I'm hoping that wasn't suggesting the ONLY way to get the job done. I know that HttpComponents has a way to explicitly create form data by using UrlEncodedFormEntity, but it doesn't support multipart data. Which is why I went with using the MultipartEntity class. As far as I understand native xml databases might form a proper solution for my case. They obviously store xml documents in highly efficient way. It would be great to learn your experience.   • Disable the postback on an <ASP:LinkButton>

(I'd like to use the linkbutton control so I can skin it and disable it in some cases, so a straight up tag is not preferred). How do I prevent it from posting back to the server?

  • @ in p4 filename

    I'd like to script p4 a little. Unfortunately, some of the filenames that we're tracking have "@" in the filename. The filenames are in the form [email protected]. If I try to do something like p4 sync a\@b.xml on a mac (or p4 sync [email protected] on windows) it gives the error: Invalid changelist/client/label/date '@b.xml' Is there another way to escape it that perforce will recognize?

    Ok, I've got a lightbox with a small form (2 fields) in it, inside an UpdatePanel, and I want to close this lightbox (must be done via javascript) when the 'Save' button is pressed. However, there is a need to have a server-side CustomValidator on the page, and I only want to close the lightbox if this returns as valid. Does anyone know a way to trigger javascript (or jQuery) code from a server-side validator?

  • jquery show hidden div

    Firstly, I'm sort of embarrassed asking about this, so many people have already asked this question but even after having gone through so many posts, I'm unable to achieve what I want. Basically, a div, initially hidden, has to be displayed on a button click. I tried hiding the div using display:none and hide() and then displaying it using show(), toggle(), and css("display","block"). Using all sorts of combinations of the above, I was still unable to get the result.     Does anyone know of a C# spell check library that would underline misspelled works in a windows form text box? In the past, I've used NetSpell and works great if users use the dialog box. I'm thinking I might be able to automatically call the spell check while text is being updated and underline the text. Anyone have any good ideas on what would be the best way to go about doing it?

  • delphi vs c# post returns different strings - utf problem?

But the result string seems to be different: c# returns: ¤@@1@@@@1@@@@1@@xsm˱Â0Ð... delphi returns: #$1E'@@1@@@@1@@@@1@@x'#$009C... and sice both are compressed streams I'm getting errors while trying to decompress it... The C# is 'correct' - ie. extracts.
