    When I try to read bash history into vim, I get nothing. :r !history If I just execute the command, i.e. :!history instead of history I get a snapshot of my terminal as it looked before I started vim.     Hi, Environment is: Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Slik-Subversion-1.6.11-x64 TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-x64-svn-1.6.11 I have setted up svn srvice based on Jeff Atwood guidlines and can connect work with host via svn command lines like svn list svn://localhost, but TortoiseSVN can't connect to it even on server machine itself. All firewall types are off. TortoiseSVN error message is: Can't connect to host 'localhost': No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. How can I solve this problem? When I give (hardcode) the query and retrive the value through the command line, I am able to retrive the ini file and do some operation. But when I pass the query through http, then I am getting an error (file not found), i.e., the ini file couldn't be loaded. I'm not sure where the error starts, it's just a huge wall of text when executing sudo python setup.py install. But the last few lines are: ... collect2: ld returned 1 exit status lipo: can't open input file: /var/tmp//ccNKvQpP.out (No such file or directory) error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1 I've googled, but none of the results are working.

  • SVN client on windows without administrator rights

    I am trying to install an svn client on a friend's work windows laptop without much success. It seems that everyone is using TortoiseSVN nowadays, which unfortunately doesn't install without administrator access. Is there any way around it or another client I can try? I don't need anything fancy - just basic http/https, but a GUI is very much preferred over a command line client. Thanks!

  • pdflatex document to html

    I need to convert a bunch of pdflatex only documents (because of graphics-- .pdf's jpgs & pngs) to html. tex4ht is giving a bunch of garbage output. the documents are built using the \input command. Is there anything I can do to help tex4ht with a pdflatex document? I've looked at many converters (pandoc, hevea, tth, latex2rtf) but none of them can include my figures well. Is tex4ht my best bet?

    Hey Guy, I'm trying to compile one single cpp file with Eclipse CDT and MinGW. On command line, c++ Test.cpp does the job. If I try to compile the file with Eclipse, I get errors telling me that I don't have included string.h in my lib files. How do I setup Eclipse just to perform "g++ Test.cpp" without considering my lib files as independent files? Thanks for helping :) Kon
