• TSQL: grouping customer orders by week

  I have a table with a collection of orders. The fields are: customerName (text) DateOfOrder (datetime). I would like to show totals of orders per week per customer. I would like to have it arranged for the Friday of each week so that it looks like this: all dates follow mm/dd/yyyy "bobs pizza", 3/5/2010, 10 "the phone co",3/5/2010,5 "bobs pizza", 3/12/2010, 3 "the phone co",3/12/2010,11 Could somebody please show me how to do this?   Jeff Ryan's quantmod package is an excellent contribution to the R finance world. I like to use chartSeries() function, but when I try to get it to display multiple panes simultaneously, it doesn't work. par(mfrow=c(2,2)) chartSeries (SPX) chartSeries (SPX, subset="2010") chartSeries (NDX) chartSeries (NDX, subset="2010") would normally return a four-panel graphic as it does with the plot() function but in the chartSeries example it runs through all instances one at a time without creating a single four-panel graphic.

How do I render the title portion?   Well, the rule "For money, always decimal" isn't applied inside the Microsoft development team, because if it was: Namespace: Microsoft.VisualBasic Assembly: Microsoft.VisualBasic (in Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll) Financial.IPmt and all the other methods would receive/return decimal and not double as it is. Now I wonder if I can use this methods without worry with round mistakes? Should I use some other libraries to work with finances? If yes, could you point me some good ones (for C# use) ? Thank you.

The dlls I require are (for example): Microsoft.SQLServer.ManagedDTS Microsoft.SqlServer.PipelineHost Microsoft.SqlServer.DTSPipelineWrap Microsoft.SQLServer.DTSRuntimeWrap I could attempt to copy them to the build machine individually, but I would rather just use an SDK if possible. Where can I get the SDK, or alternatively, what suggestions are there?
