  • Setting Up virtualenv with python2.6

    I'm setting up a virtualenv, but it seems to be using python2.5 by default. I'm using this command virtualenv newenv --no-site-packages -p python because the python found on my path is python2.6. I believe this to be true because when I type python and go into the shell, it tells me it's 2.6. When I create the virtualenv with the above command and launch the shell, it tells me I'm in 2.5. Anyone else have this issue?

  • Close socket handle utility

    Hi I need a utility to close server socket handles open by the process, on windows. I cannot use tcpview as it does not close the server socket (ESTABLISHED state). Process explorer comes close with its handle list and "close handle" option, but it only gives the handle path (like \Device\Afd) and if application has open many such sockets I cannot tell which handle I would like to close. Any idea?

Second, should these coordinates be pushed into a NSMutableArray each time they are received, so that the array of coordinates will represent the users path? Well, it can overwrite if the existing file have attribute R or A. Not when its blanked. Error in red text: "Copy-Item : The file '\server\d$\path\thumbs\007487l.jpg' already exists." Why?

    Hello , I have a php application that saves the pictures on the server and also stores the picture names in the database . The issue that I have is that the picture names include the path/folder where it was saved from (e.g 1220368812/chpk2198933_large-2.jpg) so I need a str_replace pattern to remove "1220368812/" and have the picture name correct stored in the db . Also I would appreciate if you will send me a good link that explains how exactly the str_replace patterns work or at least how the pattern that you use work .

    I'm trying to bind a jar library (jCIFS) on MFA, but i'm stuck on some errors, like this one: 'Jcifs.Util.MD4' does not implement inherited abstract member 'Java.Security.MessageDigestSpi.EngineDigest() After some research, i found some topics about this, telling to edit the metadata to change the permissions of the classes, like this: <attr path="/api/package[@name='java.security']/class[@name='MessageDigestSpi']/method[@name='engineDigest']" name="visibility">public</attr> But the error didn't change, and a still won't get what this error means.   • ideas: per-file authentication in order to download

    i would love to use mod_xsendfile but i live in a shared environment which does not provide such a module. processing large files such as videos through a server-side script and sending it to the browser that way seems to be unacceptable in my case, so i am looking for a way to enable per-file authentication in such a way that is not going to consume resources much. nobody shall know what the actual path is to the file they are downloading. please suggest how to do that.

    Hi - I'm trying to open a file located on a networkshare by giving the anchor tag path = file://///servername/folder/file.docx This works in IE8 and i'm able to open the file in word, however in Firefox nothing happens. I believe it's due to some secruity settings in Firefox. I tried about:config and turning off the checkloaduri value. But it didnt solve the problem. Does anyone know how I can make this work in both IE and Firefox.
