I have a table: id | value 2 | 100 UNIQUE(id) Now i try to execute the query: INSERT INTO table(id, value) VALUES (1,10),(2,20),(3,30) I will get a duplicate-key error for the (2,20) BUT... Will the (1,10) get into the database? Will the (3,30) get into the database?

    Hi all, I'm writing a Java applet where I should be able to simulate a connection between two hosts. Hence I have to generate packet round-trip times at random. These RTTs can go from ~0 to infinity, but are typically oscillating around some average value (i.e. an extremely large or small value is very improbable but possible). Using FirBug, I see that the input value is nothing <input type="text" name="startDate" value="" id="startDate" class="hasDatepicker"> I'm able to retrieve selected date when using jQuery serialize. So how can I retrieve the selected date?

    I am trying to export a fusion chart created using 'Embedding Charts Using / Tags'. Export works just perfect with the right click (on the chart) and chose a pdf to export. But I am not able to make this work via javascript. I tried using splitting by spaces and then using '=' characters but string inside quotes can also have '='. is there any different kind of split method which can also take care of quotes?

  • How can I map a spring controller to a url with .jsp extension?

    Hi. We are in the process of migrating a jsp-only application to Spring-MVC. For various reasons we can't change the extension of the current pages. (calls to login.jsp need to handled by a spring controller that will use a jsp file as view). We are doing this iteratively, so some pages need to stay jsp files (calls to welcome.jsp won't be handled by a controller). To do that I mapped both the DispatcherDervlet and the HandlerMapping to *.jsp, and configured the JstlView in the standard way. I can implement the SIMILARTO function in C++ using the Levenshtein distance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levenshtein_distance), but how do hook the function in a dll to a mySQL implementation?
