    My .Net application needs to convert PDF document to word format pro-grammatically. I evaluated several products and found acrobat x pro , which gives a save as option where we can save the document in word/excel format. I tried to use Acrobat SDK but couldn't find proper documentation from where to start. looked into their IAC sample but couldn't understand how to call the menu item and make it execute the save as option. Please help me if you have any idea regarding this.

    Hi I have a site that uses flex and calls controller actions which returns json to the flex. This works fine in a dev server , the folder that has the flex app lives inside the web project and in the dev ennvironment, makes calls hostname, ie www.someurl.com in the actual live scenario, this will be an intranet so not hostname to call, the flex app seems to have trouble calling http://localhost/Virtual directory name it seems to totally miss the virtual directory name. I am obviously missing something basic, any help?

    I instantiate an object of some class in other ApDomain using CreateInstanceAndUnwrap(). I can determine if this object resides in other domain by using RemotingServices.IsTransparentProxy(). But can I determine if the real remote object has gone away (e.g. was garbage collected) without probing a call on proxy and catching RemotingException? Is it possible?

I would like to draw a line through the element to appear as if that element is canceled.     This is the script I hva written for gzipping content on my site, which is located in 'gzip.php'. The way i use it is that on pages where I want to enable gzipping i include the file at the top and at the bottom i call the output function like this: print_gzipped_page('javascript') If the file is a css-file i use 'css' as the $type-argument and if its a php file i call the function without declaring any arguments. The script works fine in all browsers except Opera which gives an error saying it could not decode the page due to damaged data. In MVC you can call View() and pass a model as a parameter, but RedirectToAction (one of its incarnations at least) takes a 'routeValues' object, which appears to be the closest match. If your model is passed in this parameter will that model type be available in the subsequent action method? Or are there caveats involved that might prevent accurate translation in some circumstances?

    If I made a program that stores strings on a text file using the "list"-function(#include ), and then I want to copy all of the text from that file and call it something(so I can tell the program to type in all of the text I copied somewhere by using that one variable to refer to the text), do I use a string,double,int or what do I declare that chunk of text as?     I am getting an error when I try to insert an item into a list (in C++). The error is that there is no matching function for call to the insert(). I also tried push_front() but got the same error.
