    Hi All, I am using WMI to get SMBIOS data and for that I am using following code to initialize the IWbemLocator interface through a call to CoCreateInstance. CoCreateInstance(CLSID_WbemLocator, 0, CLSCTX_INPROC_SERVER, IID_IWebLocator, (LPVOID *) &pLoc); But it always returns FAILURE. I think its due to some environment issue but wanted to know exact reason. Thanks in advance, Rahul

  • Firefox crashes with mulitple Uploadify JQuery browse buttons and ajax

    Hi, I'm using four JQuery Uploadify browse buttons on a page that's calling the Uploadify code/buttons through Ajax. We have a javascript function called from onComplete which refreshes the Ajax page. The problem we're encountering is that when you start uploading one file, if you click browse to upload another file, Firefox will crash when selecting the second file. Any help is appreciated.   • Rails - rake:gems:install - not installing gems

    If i define a few gems in my config/environments/test.rb file like this: config.gem "rspec" config.gem "rspec-rails" config.gem "mocha" and then run 'rake gems:install RAILS_ENV=test' I get the following error: Missing these required gems: mocha Run rake gems:install to install the missing gems. however if I run rake gems:install like it says it will continue to recurse like this forever. How do I actually get the gems to install using rake (not gem install)? thanks!

    Hi, I have an NSView in which the user can draw circles. These circles are stored as an array of NSBezierPaths, and in drawRect:, I loop through the array and call -stroke on each of the paths. How do I add a button to zoom in and out the NSView? Just change the bounds of the view? Thanks.

    Hi all, I've a problem: my application must convert ms word documents (imported from another system) into rtf documents, in order to be manipulated with OOo APIs and to be immune from mistakes (for coding incompatibility reasons). I ask you: how can I manipulate ms word documents directly from my Java application? There are APIs (like POI or OOo) that allow me to do my work without any coding incompatibility?     hi all, I need to use both openCV and ARtoolkit libraries in the same project. I'm trying to get frame by using arVideoGetImage() function in order to process for with openCV functions. however program throws a "System.AccessViolationException" error in the following line of face detection example: CvSeq *faces = cvHaarDetectObjects(img, cascade, storage, 1.1, 3, 0, cvSize( 40, 40 )); ARtoolkit and openCV are work perfectly separately. Anyone has able to work these two library together, or any suggestion?? thanks

I noticed however, that if I copy and paste from the first password field to the other, the values are not same. It seems my Firefox running on Mac OS X, copies the asterisk graphic instead, which has the value '\x95' Is it possible to copy the underlying text from the password field? Thanks
