  Assuming that I have the following directory structure for a Python project: config/ scripts/ src/ where should a fabric deployment script should go? I assume that it should be in scripts, obviously, but for me it seems more appropriate to store in scripts, the actual code that fires up the project.

  I am running MVC in a subdomain http://test.domain.com which points to the /Test directory on my webhost4life account. Html.ActionLink("About", "About", "Home") it renders a link to http://test.domain.com/Test/Home/About -- which gives a 404 the link should be .. http://test.domain.com/Home/About is there a way to override ActionLink to omit the /Test on render? • zip -j command, what does the -j option mean?

  Wondering what is the -j option mean in the zip command. I found the explanation as following: -j Store just the name of a saved file (junk the path), and do not store directory names. By default, zip will store the full path (relative to the current path). But not quite sure what it is exact mean? Can anyone explain it using the following command as an example? C:\programs\zip -j myzipfile file1 file2 file3 Thank you.

  hi folks, I've installed dotnetnuke today for the first time, I've created a new portal via host/portals. It says its created it but just doesn't find it. I just don't know how/why? The portal ID is 4. and there is a directory in dotnetnuke/Portals/4 But the url localhost/bmd (name of the portal) doesn't resolve to anything/ Anyone know a solution to this? maybe it happened to you too? • Using a Cyc Image in Windows

  Hi, I am trying to use a Microtheory for a research project I am working on, and am having trouble getting my saved Image of constants I create to work correctly. I save the image after creating the constants using (write-image "world\MyImage") and then going to the \server\run\ directory and using run-cyc-32bit.bat -w "world\MyImage" It loads the server correctly, but not with my constants. I found the above command at the reference page here. Thank you for any help

  Hi all, I rather cleverly (or not in hindsight) installed RVM, which kept hanging whilst compiling Rubies. I have removed the .rvm directory but now my system has reverted to Ruby 1.8.7 i.e. when I type: ruby -v which ruby they both point to 1.8.7. How do I get the ruby command to point to my 1.9.1 installation, which is located in /usr/local/lib/ruby/1.9.1? I'm on OSX 10.6. Thanks Robin
