  • Configure Apache to use different Unix User Accounts (www-data) per Site.

    - by BrainCore
An Apache 2.x Webserver with default configurations from the ubuntu/debian repositories will use the www-data unix account for apache2 processes handling web requests. Assuming that apache is serving two different sites (domain1.com and domain2.com), is it possible for apache to use unix user www-data1 when handling requests to domain1.com, and use unix user www-data2 when handling requests to domain2.com? The motivation is to isolate the code for each domain name from one another.

  • IMAP and Folder Subscriptions

    - by tom
Hey guys I'm trying to figure out how folder subscriptions work with IMAP Clients and, in my case, in an Exchange 2007 environment. I have managed to deduce, I think correctly, that the folder subscription settings for individuals are stored centrally on the mailbox (At least, having configured 2 profiles on thunderbird, on 2 different machines, they subscribe to the exact same folders and dont display the exact same ones). The point of this being that I have had 2 or 3 different people in the past day report to me that they are having problems subscribing to certain folders, and having certain folder subscriptions remembered (particularly sub-folders). This is across both Thunderbird 2 and 3. can anyone suggest anything? Tom

  • Web Hosting Plan

    - by Laith J
I'm looking for a new web hosting service, currently I'm using GoDaddy's Economy plan but it offers only PHP server-side scripting. For my next project it looks like I'm gonna need to use Java. Currently I pay ~60 USD per year for both the domain and the web hosting plan. Anyone knows of a web hosting service that supports Java and isn't much more expensive than this? Thanks, God bless

  • Why is DAVExplorer not connecting?

    - by C.W.Holeman II
DAVExplorer is not connecting. Connecting to a WebDAV Server states: Once you have entered a location URL, and (if necessary) your login name and password, DAV Explorer will connect to the remote WebDAV server, and request a listing of the resources there. A hierarchical view of the sub-collections will be displayed Invoke Apache Jackrabbit $ java -jar jackrabbit-standalone-2.0.0.jar --port 8200 Welcome to Apache Jackrabbit! ------------------------------- Using repository directory jackrabbit Writing log messages to jackrabbit/log Starting the server... Apache Jackrabbit is now running at http://localhost:8200/ Use DAVExplorer $ java -jar DAVExplorer.jar Then connect to localhost:8200/repository/default/ which pops up: Login ===== Login name: [admin] Password: [admin] <OK> The pop up closes then nothing changes. Using cadaver confirms Jackrabbit is working: $ cadaver http://localhost:8200/repository/default/ Authentication required for Jackrabbit Webdav Server on server `localhost': Username: admin Password: dav:/repository/default/> ls Listing collection `/repository/default/': succeeded. • plot of multiple line segments on 2D plot in Mathematica

    - by Bruce
Hi, I would like to plot multiple, perhaps thousands of line segments on a single 2D plot in Mathematica. These line segments would be determined from an algorithm that would detected and save each segments endpoints. Once the algorithm has determined all the line segments within a finite 2D plot domain and range (e.g., x = 0,4 and y=0,0.5), I would like to plot them all on a single plot. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thank you so much in advance. ac

  • Fluent NHibernate question

    - by Kevin Pang
Let's say you have two tables, "Users" and "UserRoles". Here's how the two tables are structured (table - columns): Users - UserID (int) UserRoles - UserID (int), Role (string) What I want is for my "User" class in my domain to have an IList of roles. How do I construct my Fluent NHibernate mapping to achieve this?

  • Modeling a cellphone bill: should I use single-table inheritance or polymorphic associations?

  • Failure with LogonUser in MC++

    - by Alikar
After fighting with this for a week I have not really gotten anywhere in why it constantly fails in my code, but not in other examples. My code, which while it compiles, will not log into a user that I know has the correct login information. Where it fails is the following line: wi = gcnew WindowsIdentity(token); It fails here because the token is zero, meaning that it was never set to a user token. Here is my full code: #ifndef UNCAPI_H #define UNCAPI_H #include <windows.h> #pragma once using namespace System; using namespace System::Runtime::InteropServices; using namespace System::Security::Principal; using namespace System::Security::Permissions; namespace UNCAPI { public ref class UNCAccess { public: //bool Logon(String ^_srUsername, String ^_srDomain, String ^_srPassword); [PermissionSetAttribute(SecurityAction::Demand, Name = "FullTrust")] bool Logon(String ^_srUsername, String ^_srDomain, String ^_srPassword) { bool bSuccess = false; token = IntPtr(0); bSuccess = LogonUser(_srUsername, _srDomain, _srPassword, 8, 0, &tokenHandle); if(bSuccess) { wi = gcnew WindowsIdentity(token); wic = wi->Impersonate(); } return bSuccess; } void UNCAccess::Logoff() { if (wic != nullptr ) { wic->Undo(); } CloseHandle((int*)token.ToPointer()); } private: [DllImport("advapi32.dll", SetLastError=true)]//[DllImport("advapi32.DLL", EntryPoint="LogonUserW", SetLastError=true, CharSet=CharSet::Unicode, ExactSpelling=true, CallingConvention=CallingConvention::StdCall)] bool static LogonUser(String ^lpszUsername, String ^lpszDomain, String ^lpszPassword, int dwLogonType, int dwLogonProvider, IntPtr *phToken); [DllImport("KERNEL32.DLL", EntryPoint="CloseHandle", SetLastError=true, CharSet=CharSet::Unicode, ExactSpelling=true, CallingConvention=CallingConvention::StdCall)] bool static CloseHandle(int *handle); IntPtr token; WindowsIdentity ^wi; WindowsImpersonationContext ^wic; };// End of Class UNCAccess }// End of Name Space #endif UNCAPI_H Now using this slightly modified example from Microsoft I was able to get a login and a token: #using <mscorlib.dll> #using <System.dll> using namespace System; using namespace System::Runtime::InteropServices; using namespace System::Security::Principal; using namespace System::Security::Permissions; [assembly:SecurityPermissionAttribute(SecurityAction::RequestMinimum, UnmanagedCode=true)] [assembly:PermissionSetAttribute(SecurityAction::RequestMinimum, Name = "FullTrust")]; [DllImport("advapi32.dll", SetLastError=true)] bool LogonUser(String^ lpszUsername, String^ lpszDomain, String^ lpszPassword, int dwLogonType, int dwLogonProvider, IntPtr* phToken); [DllImport("kernel32.dll", CharSet=System::Runtime::InteropServices::CharSet::Auto)] int FormatMessage(int dwFlags, IntPtr* lpSource, int dwMessageId, int dwLanguageId, String^ lpBuffer, int nSize, IntPtr *Arguments); [DllImport("kernel32.dll", CharSet=CharSet::Auto)] bool CloseHandle(IntPtr handle); [DllImport("advapi32.dll", CharSet=CharSet::Auto, SetLastError=true)] bool DuplicateToken(IntPtr ExistingTokenHandle, int SECURITY_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL, IntPtr* DuplicateTokenHandle); // GetErrorMessage formats and returns an error message // corresponding to the input errorCode. • Find window previously opened by window.open

    - by spender
We've got the following situation, running from a single domain: Page A uses window.open() to open a named window (a popup player). window.open() gives page A a reference to the window. User now reloads page A. The reference to the named window is lost. Using window.open() to "find" the window has the unfortunate side effect of reloading it (undesirable). Is there any other way to get a reference to this window?

  • Using a WCF Service Library from Silverlight

But when I try calling a method on the service I get a CommunicationException complaining about accessing a service in a cross-domain way. I've tried adding both a crossdomain.xml and clientaccesspolicyfile.xml to the service library project, but it doesn't help. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

  • Cannot complete a JSONP call from jQuery to WCF

    - by Dusda
    Okay, I am trying (poorly) to successfully make a JSONP call from jQuery on a test page to a WCF web service running locally, as a cross-domain call. I have, at one point or another, either gotten a 1012 URI denied error, gotten a response but in Xml, or just had no response at all. Currently, the way I have it configured it spits back a 1012. I did not write this web service, so it is entirely possible that I am just missing a configuration setting somewhere, but I've become so frustrated with it that I think just asking on here will be more productive. Thanks guys. Details below. I have a WCF web service with the following method: [ScriptMethod(ResponseFormat = ResponseFormat.Json)] public decimal GetOrderStatusJson(int jobId) I am trying to call this method from a jQuery test page, via a cross-domain JSONP call. <script type="text/javascript"> getJsonAjaxObject( "http://localhost:3960/ProcessRequests.svc/json/GetOrderStatusJson", { "jobId": 232 }); function getJsonAjaxObject(webServiceUrl, jsonData) { var request = { type: "POST", contentType: "application/json; charset=utf-8", url: webServiceUrl, data: jsonData, dataType: "jsonp", success: function(msg) { //success! alert("blah"); }, error: function() { //oh nos alert("bad blah"); } }; $.ajax(request); } </script> Below are the chunks of the web.config I configure for this purpose: <services> <service behaviorConfiguration="MWProcessRequestWCF.ProcessRequestsBehavior" name="MWProcessRequestWCF.ProcessRequests"> <endpoint address="json" behaviorConfiguration="AspNetAjaxBehavior" binding="webHttpBinding" contract="MWProcessRequestWCF.IProcessRequests" /> <endpoint address="" binding="wsHttpBinding" contract="MWProcessRequestWCF.IProcessRequests"> <identity> <dns value="localhost" /> </identity> </endpoint> <endpoint address="mex" binding="mexHttpBinding" contract="IMetadataExchange" /> </service> </services> <behaviors> <serviceBehaviors> <behavior name="MWProcessRequestWCF.ProcessRequestsBehavior"> <serviceMetadata httpGetEnabled="true"/> <serviceDebug includeExceptionDetailInFaults="false"/> </behavior> </serviceBehaviors> <endpointBehaviors> <behavior name="AspNetAjaxBehavior"> <enableWebScript/> </behavior> </endpointBehaviors> </behaviors>

  • parse results in MySQL via REGEX

    - by Derek Adair
Hi, I'm a bit confused on the functionality of the REGEX support for MySQL and I have yet to find a solid example on how to separate a result with REGEX within an sql statement. Example: How could I pull data from a table emails that looks something like... +-------------------------+ |Emails | |-------------------------| |[email protected]| +-------------------------+ and return something through an sql statement that looks like... +------------------------------+ |Username | Domain | TLD | |-----------|------------|-----| |some.email | yourdomain | com | +------------------------------+
