    In my website I created a class e.g. Class1.cs in App_Code folder when I am trying to load default page which is using this Class file I am getting the following error CS0103: The name 'Class1' does not exist in the current context for the code String something = Class1.item1(text1.Text, text2.Text); and Class1.cs consists of protected static string item1(string a, string b) { //some action here return null; } Everything works fine in my VS2010 but when I host the website in my server I am getting this issue.

    What url encoding a web browser uses while submitting data to server? with my application i use HttpUtility.UrlEncode(string data) but do not get result as i get with web browser. My application submit some text data to forum. When i am submitting data with web browser (Google Chrome) the exact text i can see submitted to server but when i am submitting using my application it showing some character different. So is this necessary to submit any data to server must be url encoded?

    Hi everyone, I am trying to achieve this task using MooTools. Description: I have three buttons. Two buttons outside myDiv and one button inside myDiv. A click on any of these buttons initiates an AJAX request (passing button variable to "button.php") and updates myDiv content based on the response text. So, after update, myDiv shows Button3 link + a message showing which button has been clicked. The problem: Everything seems to work fine but after several clicks, it happens that myDiv shows loader.gif image and stops. After this, if I wait a few moments, the browser sometimes stops working (gets blocked). I noticed this problem with IE6. I wanted to automate that whenever my ASP.NET page loads I invoke a process from C# that calls my PowerShell script and executes that leading to a text file being generated. The problem is the script is being called, but not excuted. Giving some error about permissions, etc.

    I have a UITextView which the keyboard enters values into. However, if you clear the text value (i.e uitextview.text = @""), the keyboard's state does not reset to the lowercase alphabet keyboard. That is, if I was in the middle of typing "hello.." and the textview gets cleared, the keyboard still shows the symbols, rather than back to the alphabetical letters. Is there a way to get around this?

I use the following code jquery('<button/>', {type:'button'}).text(name) However this works in Safari , FF IE8 but not IE7 i tried to use the attr function : jquery('<button/>').attr('type','button').text(name) this does not work either. any ideas what would work? I suppose if I don't assign a type it would default to button but i rather do that thanks for your help

The label should display a dutch language text that is "Sähköpostiosoite", I tried setting the Label.Text both from markup and code-behind but what I see in the browser response is "Sähköpostiosoite". Originally assigned string "Sähköpostiosoite" get replaced with "Sähköpostiosoite". I have no idea why this happens can you please help me diagnose the problem ??

I tried the following: var $article = $('#article').not('#inset'); but that didn't work, and in retrospect, I think I can see why. I also tried using remove() unsuccessfully. What would be the correct way to do this? Ultimately, I need to set this up in such a way that I can define a configuration array, such as: var selectors = [ { select: '#article', exclude: ['#inset'] } ]; where select defines a single element that contains text content, and exclude is an optional array that defines one or more selectors to disregard text content from. Given the final wrapped set with the excluded elements removed, I would like to be able to call jQuery's text() method to end up with the following text: This is the first paragraph of the article.This is the second paragraph of the article.This is the third paragraph of the article.     I'm trying to pass a variable from one function to another, but the var elmId is being returned as an object and giving an error. When we click on any of the generated divs we should be able to change the size of the div by choosing a width / height value from the drop down menus. I'm trying to pass the clicked div id which is elmId to function displayVals but it is not working. If we replace "#"+elmId in the function displayVals with the actual id of the first div created with is "#divid1" then it works.     I have text in the follwing format: ERR_OUT_OF_MEM, "ERR OUT OF MEM" ERR_SOMETHING_BAD, "ERR SOMETHING BAD" I want to replace all spaces in the text which are within quotes with underscores: ERR_OUT_OF_MEM, "ERR_OUT_OF_MEM" ERR_SOMETHING_BAD, "ERR_SOMETHING_BAD" The best regex I could come up with is: \("\w\+\)\@<= (there's a space at the end of that) but this only finds the first space in each quoted string, and I would need to repeat this multiple times to get the desired effect. Any way to do it in one shot? Thanks!
