• Please help with 'System.Data.DataRowView' does not contain a property with the name...

  My application works just fine until, in some unidentified conditions, it begins throwing this errors: When these errors start appearing, they appear in all over the application, no matter the code is built using ObjectDataSource or SqlDataSource. However, apparently, if the code uses some "classic", code-behind data-binding, that code does not throw errors (they do not show in the application event log), the page is displayed but it does not contain any data.... Please HELP tracking these very strange errors !!!!!! • Codeigniter: How to build an edit form that uses form validation and re-population?

  Hi There, I have a simple form in codeigniter that I wish to use for the editing or records. I am at the stage where my form is displayed and the values entered into the corresponding input boxes. This is done by simply setting the values of said boxes to whatever they need to be in the view: <input type="text" value="<?php echo $article['short_desc'];?>" name="short_desc" /> But, if I wish to use form_validation in codeigniter then I have to add thos code to my mark-up: <input value="<?php echo set_value('short_desc')?>" type="text" name="short_desc" /> So not the value can be set with the set_value function should it need to be repopulated on error from the post data. Is there a way to combine the two so that my edit form can show the values to be edited but also re-populate? Thanks

I try to use next statement: map.getCurrentMapType().getProjection().fromPixelToLatLng(pointValueFromEvent, map.getZoom()); but it wasn't helpfull (GLatLng value is outside of my map). • Can I programatically get hold of the Autos/local variables that is shown when debugging?

  Im trying to build an error-logger that loggs running values that is active in the function that caused the error. (just for fun so its not a critical problem) When going in break-mode and looking at the locals-tab and autos-tab you can see all active variables (name, type and value), it would be useful to get hold of that for logging purposes when an error occur and on some other occasions. For my example, I just want to find all local variables that are of type string and integer and store the name and value of them. Is this possible with reflection? Any tips or pointers that get me closer to my goal would be very appreciated. I have toyed with using expression on a specifik object (a structure) to create an automapper against a dataset, but I have not done anything like what I ask for above, so please make me happy and say its possible.   I have a DevXpress ASPXGridview, and I am using ObjectDataSource for custom paging. It does pass the other two selectparameters correctly. Also the SelectCountMethod (GetTotalItems) never gets executed.

  This might be a bit out there, but suppose I want to use Moq in a ViewModel to create some design time data, like so: public class SomeViewModel { public SomeViewModel(ISomeDependency dependency) { if (IsInDesignMode) { var mock = new Mock<ISomeDependency>(); dependency = mock.Object; // this throws! } } } The mock could be set up to do some stuff, but you get the idea. My problem is that at design-time in Blend, this code throws an InvalidCastException, with the message along the lines of "Unable to cast object of type 'Castle.Proxies.ISomeDependencyProxy2b3a8f3188284ff0b1129bdf3d50d3fc' to type 'ISomeDependency'." While this doesn't necessarily look to be Moq related but Castle related, I hope the Moq example helps ;) Any idea why that is? Thanks!

  I would like to resize a Java BufferedImage, making it smaller vertically but without using any type of averaging, so that if a pixel-row is "blank" (white) in the source image, there will be a white pixel-row in the corresponding position of the destination image: the "min" operation. The default algorithms (specified in getScaledInstance) do not allow me a fine-grained enough control. I would like to implement the following logic: for each pixel row in the w-pixels wide destination image, d = pixel[w] find the corresponding j pixel rows of the source image, s[][] = pixel[j][w] write the new line of pixels, so that d[i] = min(s[j][i]) over all j, i I have been reading on RescaleOp, but have not figured out how to implement this functionality -- it is admittedly a weird type of scaling. Can anyone provide me pointers on how to do this? In the worse case, I figure I can just reserve the destination ImageBuffer and copy the pixels following the pseudocode, but I was wondering if there is better way.

But if I query for all properties related to Chad Sexton, I don't see 311 mentioned. • WIX will not add HKLM registry setting during Windows 7 install

  Good Morning, I have written a WiX installer that works perfectly with Windows XP but when installing to a Windows 7 box I am running into difficulty with Registry Entries. What I need to do is add a HKLM entry as well as the registry entry for the program to show in the start menu. • How can I retain the editing in the search result with UISearchDisplayController?

  I want to search a table in editing mode, but when I type a letter the variable tableView.editing is changed to NO. And when I cancel the search, the tableView.editing return to YES. I'd like to retain the editing YES in the result of the search. I put breakpoint in several methods. • ArrayList throwing exception on retrieval from google datastore (with gwt, java)

  I'm using Google Web Toolkit with java and google datastore as database. The entity class has arraylist and on trying to retrieve the data from data base I'm getting the exception: Type 'org.datanucleus.sco.backed.ArrayList' was not included in the set of types which can be serialized by this SerializationPolicy or its Class object could not be loaded. For security purposes, this type will not be serialized. I'm using JPA. • GDI+ is giving me errors

  I want to use GDI + just to load a png. I included the headers and lib file then I do: Bitmap b; b.fromfile(filename); I get this from the compiler though. • copy HTML to UIPasteboard

  Hi, I want to transfer HTML from my app to the iPhone mail application. I already have the HTML text - lest say <span style='color:red'Test</span I can place this to UIPasteBoard - but when I paste it to mail I get the html source. When I place the same string in a HTMLView - select it there and copy it it pastes as red text in mail. What do I have to do to place the string in the UIPasteBoard so that it pastes as red text to the mail application? I've been searching for "format types" - and found that UIPasteBoard returns "Aplle Web Archive pasteboard type" when I have the element (copied from UIWebView) in the clipboard. But setting this as type when adding the content to UIPasteBoard pastes nothing in the mail app. Manfred

• Rails: radio button selection for nested forms objects

  I have the following form for photo_album which uses the nested forms feature of the Rails in saving the photos while updating the photo_album. And having trouble with the selection of radio button value. I want only one of the photos be able to select as the album cover, but due to the way rails produces form element ids and names, I am able to select all of the photos as album covers.
