I want to retrieve all member_ids from races and also include to member_id $other_id. Without $other_id it works. By the way, it gives me "Subquery returns more than 1 row" error.

  • jQuery: How to collect values from sliders into simple object with id as keys

    I have several jQuery UI Sliders and I want to collect their values. Thought it would be a simple task, but when I was going to do it I got stuck and not quite sure what to do anymore :p The object I would like to end up with should look something like this: { a: 80, b: 90, c: 20, ... } I can do it manually like this: var values = { a: $('#a').slider('value'), b: $('#b').slider('value'), c: $('#c').slider('value'), ... }; But that's a bit tedious, especially if I need to add or remove or rename. Was hoping I could do something with the map or each function or something like that, but I can't figure it out. Anyone have some clever ideas?

  • Customizing Bugzilla 4.0.2 Bug ID numbers

    Is it possible to customize Bugzilla bug numbers and add a letter designator, to immediately know it came from Bugzilla? My company is evaluating Bugzilla and has now added many new bugs. We also use 2 other bug databases. This wasn't my decision and I believe they were trying to incorporate better reporting, etc. I read an answer here about "seeding" Bugzilla bug numbers, by setting the "AUTO_INCREMENT" field in the "bugs" table to a different value. I wish I would've thought about this sooner and found this board. Setting that value to start at 9000 or some extraordinary value would have ensured that we knew exactly which bugs came from Bugzilla. However, would it be possible to change the field in the "bugs" table to accept letters, as well? Of course that would probably just mess up the whole auto incrementing of the numbers. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Recreating a workflow instance with the same instance id

    We have some objects that have an associated workflow instance. The objects are identified with a GUID, which is also the GUID of the workflow instance associated with the object. We need to restart (see NOTE 3 for the meaning of 'restart') the workflow instance if the workflow definition changed (there is no state in the workflow itself and it is written to support restarting in this manner). The restarting is performed by calling Terminate on the WorkflowInstance, then recreating the instance with the same GUID. The weird part is that this works every other attempt (odd attempts - the workflow is stopped, but for some reason doesn't restart, even attempt - the already terminated workflow is recreated and started successfully). While I admit that using 'second hand' GUIDs is a sign of extraordinary cheapness (and something we plan to change), I'm wondering why this isn't working. Any ideas? NOTES: The terminated workflow instance is passivated (waiting for a notification) at the time of the termination. The Terminate call successfully deletes the data persisted in the database for that instance. We're using 'restarting' with a meaning that's less common in the context of WF - not restarting a passivated instance, but force the workflow to start again from the beginning of its definition. Upon uploading a file, my account.php?action=uploadphotographs echos the number 37, the text field hidFileId should then be updated with this data.     I'm wondering how Instapaper (bookmarklet that saves text) might generate URLs for their bookmarklet. Mine has a script src of something similar to www.instapaper.com/j/AnJHrfoDTRia The quality of these URLs is that they need to never collide, and not be really guessable (so other people can't save to your account). I know a simple approach might be to MD5 their email address (presumed to have been checked on signup for uniqueness), but then I'd end up with a super long string. This isn't a huge issue, but I'm wondering what techniques there are for shorter GUIDs that won't collide too often (this is obviously the tradeoff, but 12 characters above is pretty short in my opinion)

    I want to pass the sessionID as a json parameter, I can see how to override SessionIDManager and such, but this just covers custom creation/validation of sessionID's as opposed to where it actually gets the sessionID from. There is of course 'cookieless' which puts it in the url, but that doesn't work for me either. So i'd like to override the session handling so I can specify where it should look for the sessionID.

    I have an web application that creates printable forms, these forms have a unique number on them, the problem is I have 2 forms that separate numbers need to be created for them. ie) Form1- Numbered 2000000-2999999 Form2- Numbered 3000000-3999999 dbo.test2 - is my form information table Tsel - is my autoinc table for the 3000000 series numbers Tadv - is my autoinc table for the 2000000 series numbers What I have done is create 2 tables with just autoinc row (one for 2000000 series numbers and one for 3000000 series numbers), I then created a trigger to add a record to the coresponding table, read back the autoinc number and add it to my table that stores the form information including the just created autoinc number for the right series of forms. Although it does work, I'm concerned that the numbers will get messed up under load. I'm not sure the @@IDENTITY will always return the right value when many people are using the system. (I cannot have duplicates and I need to use the numbering form show above.     Hi, how come that when I attach onchange by attribute and call it onchange="validateDate(FPR_CURR_FROM);" it works, but when I use a ASP .NET validator, and my attached function is called like : function anonymous() { ValidatorOnChange(event); validateDate(FPR_CURR_FROM); } I get error: FPR_CURR_FROM is undefined. First off: I know that using FPR_CURR_FROM to access element is BAD, and I should use getElementByID etc... And I will change it eventually. But as I bumped into that code, I'm curious what caused it - propably visibility of variables I guess.
