• VPN running in vmware vm, is there any way to get the host to share that tunnel?

  I'm running WinXP in VMWare Fusion hosted by MAC OS X 10.5. There's no mac client for the vpn I need to use so I'm going through windows. The vpn runs fine in the vm. Is there a way I can get my host mac connection to piggyback off this vpn so I can access the network through the mac? I can provide more info, so let me know what would be helpful.

• VMpalyer: host keyboard layout on guest?

  I use the dvorak keyboard layout on windows 7. Also, I have a bunch of custom keys mapped using autohotkey. I'm curious, is it possible to have the guest only receive the keyboard events produced by the host? I don't really know how the host communicates keyboard strokes to guests so I don't know how to enable this or if it's possible. Thoughts? Host OS: Win7 x64 Guest: Unbuntu 9.10 x64

I can print to this printer from my Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid workstation just fine, however when printing (specifically from Thunderbird) I don't have the option to print in grayscale or in "low quality"/draft" mode. I have recently installed MacPorts with the latest Ruby version which is installed in a seperate location:- /opt/local/bin/ But when I run which ruby I get /usr/bin/ruby Is there any way to edit the path of the command ruby so it would reference the new installation in the /opt/ directory? • Removing open session from dvd-rw

  As you can see from the above image, nero is showing some "session is open" in my DVD rewritable disc. The problem is whenever I erase the session it is not getting erased and I am unable to write the remaining part of the disc. So, the worst part is will I be able to use this dvd-rw again or now it's just a waste scrap?   I have a big problem with my laptop, My laptop loss it's connectivity to internet randomly! for Example sometimes it's ok up to 1h but usually the problem occurred after 5 min. • Boot Toshiba Portege M200 with no CD drive

• Accidentally moved FUSE mounted mount point, not cannot unmount. Any option besides reboot?

  I mounted a disk image using a few different FUSE modules and then subsequently renamed the parent directory.
