    Hello, I have this class constructor: Pairs (int Pos, char *Pre, char *Post, bool Attach = true); How can I initialize array of Pairs classes? I tried: Pairs Holder[3] = { {Input.find("as"), "Pre", "Post"}, {Input.find("as"), "Pre", "Post"}, {Input.find("as"), "Pre", "Post"} }; Apparently it's not working, I also tried to use () brackets instead of {} but compiler keeps moaning all the time.     Hello, I'm working on a c++ code that uses SDL/opengl. Is this possible to create a pointer to a quadric with 'gluNewQuadric()' before having initialized opengl with 'SDL_SetVideoMode'? The idea is to create a class with a (pointer to a) quadric class member that has to be instantiate before the 'SDL_SetVideoMode' call. This pointer is initialized in the class' constructor with a 'gluNewQuadric()' call.

    Should it be all fields, including super-fields, of a purposively immutable java class 'final' in order to be thread-safe or is it enough to have no modifier methods? Suppose I have a POJO with non-final fields where all fields are type of some immutable class. This POJO has getters-setters, and a constructor wich sets some initial value. If I extend this POJO with knocking out modifier methods, thus making it immutable, will extension class be thread-safe?

    I try to convert a video from .raw to .mp4. For this reason I did download, build and install both x264 and ffmpeg. However, command: ffmpeg -f h264 -i output.raw -vcodec copy output.mp4 fails with error (shown in picture below). Is there any way to fix this?     I am trying to have an ubuntu box (192.168.10.9) acting as a PXE server, but i have trouble getting DHCP to work. The PXE server is connected to a SOHO router (192.168.10.1) acting as a switch. I have disabled the DHCP server on the router. $ dhcpd --version isc-dhcpd-4.2.4 The contents of /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf ddns-update-style none; option domain-name-servers 192.168.10.1; default-lease-time 3600; max-lease-time 7200; authoritative; log-facility local7; allow booting; allow bootp; subnet 192.168.10.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 { range dynamic-bootp 192.168.10.101 192.168.10.200; option routers 192.168.10.1; option broadcast-address 192.168.10.255; next-server 192.168.10.9; filename "/tftpboot/pxelinux.0"; } The contents of /etc/default/isc-dhcp-server INTERFACES="eth0" When the client boots, it tries to get an IP address from the server but fails with the following Error message: PXE-E51: No DHCP or proxyDHCP offers were received. There is no other domain on the box (as far as I can tell).     I have a very simple MVC 4 application I'm trying to deploy to a Windows 2012 server. Inconsistently, when navigating to the root of the web application (http://localhost/app), it returns a 403.14-Forbidden: Detailed Error Information: Module: DirectoryListingModule Notification: ExecuteRequestHandler Handler: StaticFile Error Code: 0x00000000 Requested URL: http://localhost:80/test1/ Physical Path: c:\apps\test1\ Logon Method: Negotiate The web application is: Is a very vanilla VS2012 MVC4 Intranet template -- with only a tweak to a label to prove things were working. runs in an Integrated v4.0 application pool setup to use Windows authentication application pool has a custom AD Identity assigned (so it can gain access to a SQL server) application pool identity has read permissions in the c:\apps\test1 folder in which it is running It's an MVC4 application, targeting .NET 4.0 currently -There's no default document in an MVC4 application (like a default.aspx), as there shouldn't need to be one. I don't want to enable directory listings (as that's not the real error). Installed: Roles / Web Server (IIS) / Appliation Development / (.NET 4.5 Extensibility, Application Initialization, ASP.NET 4.5, ISAP Extensions, ISAPI Filters, WebSocket Protocol) Works locally on my machine in IISExpress on Windows 8 Has configured in web.config: <modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true" /> is set to precompiled during publish When I change the precompiled option to false, the web application does not fail (in my testing at least, it seems to work consistently). The reason I say it's inconsistent is that I've seen it work, then I've published, and the error returns. I can't find a pattern to the issue (and right now, I haven't been able to get it work again, at all). The 403 is returned from a local or remote web browser. I've had trouble finding a solution that isn't intended for older versions of Windows (like suggestions to reinstall ASP.NET which won't work on Windows 2012). I really don't know what else to try.
