  • Which server to choose? [closed]

    I have telecom applications that I want to run on a server(I have chosen HP server), there are so many types of hp servers i.e DL380 (g3,g4 ....), blade , entry level server. I've surfed the web and nothing is helping me choose one that suites me, what I have is telecom application made in PHP and C. I've found many used DL380 G3,G4 and G5 on craiglist with really good prices, some of them have misssing HD, RAMs and some of them have nothing missing. Can you please help me choose wisely. Thanks,

    I am on to make a table game, I successfully figured out how to make the arraw and to move the cursor on it (by tiles). Now I wanna find out how to make that if I hit the Enter key the tile's texture change to another. I tryed like this: if (input.KeyPressed(Keys.Enter)) { cell[X,Y].Cell_texture = tile_texture; } but it doesn't really work. Hope you can help. :) Thanks!

  • Lenovo Ideapad p500 having Windows 8 booting issues. Boot repair pastebin included!

    I recently installed Ubuntu 13.10, and thought I properly set things up to dual boot into Windows 8, but I continually get .efi errors when I attempt to boot into Windows 8. I installed Boot-Repair and used that to run the recommended fixes. It provided additional boot options within the GRUB2, but none (other than Ubuntu) are working. Looking over it, there are several different types of queries: Select From, Update, Insert, etc. My question is, what is the best practice for writing these queries in a C# application? Should I have a separate method for each of them(i.e. Update(), Insert()), or have a generic Query() that would be able to handle all of these? Thanks for any and all help!

After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10 my earlier installed Virtual Box (from Software Center) did not get started even after removing and reinstalling many times. could any one tell me the way to fix this? In order to solve the problem, I upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04 LTS but the problem still persists even after reinstalling Virtual Box from Software Center. Can anyone help me since I need Virtual Box?
