    Hi, I am designing a wordpress template, and I would like to use jQuery ui to display each of the calendar links in a dialog box, when they are clicked. What I want, is when someone clicks on a link in the wordpress calendar, the content will load in the dialog box, and display over the calendar. I want to add email notification functionality - users can subscribe to one or more tags and receive email notifications when new posts are added. Currently I have a Tag model. There will be a Subscriber model (containing the user's email) Do you think I also need a Subscription table where Subscriber and Tag are joined? .. or I can skip it and directly link Subscriber with Tag?

  • How to resize controls at runtime in java

    Is there a way to resize a control, a JTextfield for example, at runtime in java? I want my textfield to have the resize cursors (just like when you point your cursor on the corner of a window) and will be able to resize on runtime. Ive read on the internet that vb6 and C# have those capabilities, is there anything for java? A sample code or a link to a good tutorial will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    hey everyone i have an access 2007 database where i have 2 tables one is exp_cash and exp_cheque each are link to exp_cat, where exp_cat contains categories list where exp_cash contains id,cat_id,exp_date,exp_amount,exp_note same thing in exp_cheque where when i came to combine them nothing in result unless i remove the cat_name from my query i used a simple query which is SELECT DISTINCT exp_cat.cat_name, exp_cash.exp_amount, exp_cheque.exp_amount FROM (exp_cat INNER JOIN exp_cash ON exp_cat.ID = exp_cash.exp_cat_id) INNER JOIN exp_cheque ON exp_cat.ID = exp_cheque.exp_cat_id;

  • Can we find out the difference between 2 RGb colors to find out a 3rd color?

    2 colors are mixed together. If i have the RGB for the resultant color and RGB for one of the colors mixed, then somehow i could calculate the 2nd color? I will try to explain visually what i am trying to say.     If I upload a file foo.pdf to WordPress I can access it at http://example.com/foo/. (There is a simple HTML page with a link to the PDF file). If I then create a Page named foo I cannot view or preview the Page because the default URL, http://example.com/foo/, will resolve to the page for the PDF. How can I resolve this URL conflict?

  • How Does Rails 3's "data-method='delete'" Degrade Gracefully?

    Rails 3 does some cool stuff to make Javascript unobtrusive, so they've done things like this: = link_to "Logout", user_session_path, :method => :delete ..converts to <a href="/logout" data-method="delete" rel="nofollow">Logout</a> But it just occurred to me.. When I turn off javascript the method isn't DELETE anymore, it's GET as expected. So are there plans to, or is there some way to, allow these data- attributes to degrade gracefully, so that link still is a DELETE request?
