I'm using mysqldump with the option -T which creates a sql and a txt file per table. mysqldump -u user -ppass db -T path I use that option to be able to restore easily one table. However under Windows 7 Professional i can't delete the file some System process is always restoring it (same with the dll files) and as you can imagine a lot of programs are crashing because of that behaviour.
