  • error loading (TypeLoadException) on asp.net/xsp/mono on debian/opensuse

    When i reset apache and load my website i get the first error below. I have no idea what the problem is. If i reload the page again (without restarting apache) i get the 2nd error, probably because the first error occurred and BaseUser is the first class/func that Application_Start uses. Why am i getting this load exception? Whats messed up is i tried using mono's VMWare img to debug it and i got the very same exception (until i restarted which now refuses to give me anything but 404 errors). However when i use mono develop to run the project the site runs PERFECT. WTF. Any ideas? Server Error in '/' Application A type load exception has occurred. Description: HTTP 500.     I need to connect to a SAP system, to pull/push data to/from that system? I downloaded SAP PDK for .NET, build a solution using it, but this requires Portal Runtime for .NET to be installed on server, and this cannot be done, because SAP server is a Solaris one! Also, I've checked existing solutions, but all of them use VS.NET 2003, to create what is called SAP Connector Proxy? So, is there a way to connect to SAP system apart from using VS.NET 2003?

(A multiset, or bag, is a set that can have duplicate values, and on which you can do set operations: intersection, difference, etc. A shopping cart for instance could be thought of as a multiset because you can have multiple occurrences of the same product.)

    I wonder how long will an ASP.NET (MVC) application run, when no new requests come in? Lets say I'm using an IOC Container ans have a Singleton Object serving to the clients. As far as I know it will serve different page requests. But how long will it live when no new request come in? Is there any timeout (maybe configured through IIS) that says when my app will shut down?

    First let me thank you all for your help. What I need is a function that takes in a EPOCH time stamp, like 1452.235687 and converts it to a readable timestamp like '01-01-1970 00:00:00'.     I am using VS2008 C# and testing on my local XP Pro PC with local IIS, I have wrote a web service to call a third party software .exe file to use svn checkout commands to insert data into a folder, which use System.Diagnostics.Process.Start . The same codes did work when I use VS2008 build-in ASP.NET Development Server(http://localhost:2999/MyServices/MyServices.asmx). but when I use IIS normal URL(http://developer/MyServices/MyServices.asmx) to run Process.Start on the web service, it just haunlted and not doing anything.plz send one sample program.

  • ASP.Net File Upload Network Issue

    I have tried both the .net FileUpload control and the ajax Asyncfileuploadcontrol to upload a file less than 500kb. It seems that when I tried to go through my wireless router (att.bellsouth) that the uploads always fail, however when I plug my droid into my laptop and use my pda connection it works perfectly fine. I'm wondering if the network connection from my house to my server could be causing this issue, and if anyone had any solutions to this problem. Tomorrow I'm going to try and upload from other networks and pray it works.
