    I am trying to convert an object into JSON using the GSON library on Google App Engine. For some reason, it throws this exception and I don't understand how to solve this.   • All my emails to Yahoo!, Hotmail and AOL are going to Spam, though I've implemented every validation

    Hi, I've implemented everything and checked everything (SPF, DomainKey, DKIM, reverse lookup), and only Gmail is allowing my emails to go to Inbox.   • LDAP Structure: dc=example,dc=com vs o=Example

    I am relatively new to LDAP, and have seen two types of examples of how to set up your structure. One method is to have the base being: dc=example,dc=com while other examples have the base being o=Example. Continuing along, you can have a group looking like: dn: cn=team,ou=Group,dc=example,dc=com cn: team objectClass: posixGroup memberUid: user1 memberUid: user2 ... or using the "O" style: dn: cn=team, o=Example objectClass: posixGroup memberUid: user1 memberUid: user2 My questions are: Are there any best practices that dictate using one method over the other? Is it just a matter of preference which style you use? Are there any advantages to using one over the other? Is one method the old style, and one the new-and-improved version? So far, I have gone with the dc=example,dc=com style. Any advice the community could give on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Because seen from the example above: Steven has 2 phone number and 3 emails.   • Help with force close occurrences in my app

    This is the last issue with this app. Periodic force close situations. I think something should be on another thread but I'm not sure what. Anyway, I can always count on a freeze on first install. If I wait, eventually (maybe 10 seconds) the app comes around, maybe more. here is an excerpt from logcat--the three lines occur after full layout is displayed and I attempt to touch a [game] 'peg' which should spawn a sprite, but the freeze occurs there.     we been getting some attacks on our server i think, cause our server gets down every day now.. i want to monitor what is causing server to go down or if there is any attack from some site or if its crawler doing the attack. is there any tool for this? if not, what should i do to find out what is causing the problem. Edited my server is linux i have cpanel control panel i haven't checked the logs i have done nothing to see whatis causing the problem thats why i came here to ask how can i find out what is causing the problem. there is guy from our server, he said its server ram, they told us to extend more ram, but there isnt many sites on it and not many load from that sites eaither, so i dont see why our 2gb ram is getting used at. so i want to find out :/

  • Google Chrome calling nypost.com every ~5 seconds

    I'm using Chrome 21.0.1180.49 beta on Mac OS X 10.7.4. Did some Googling and can't figure this out. I visited a page on nypost.com earlier this morning. Just noticed that Little Snitch is reporting that nypost.com is being called every 4-6 seconds or so. I closed the tab after reading the story, a few hours ago. I created a rule in Little Snitch denying access to nypost.com, but Chrome is apparently still connecting to it. (1) Why? and (2) How can I put an end to this? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

    I need to change www.myhost.com:8080/myproject-war to www.myhost.com. This is what I try. In admin console in Glassfish 3.0.1, I create a http-listener-3 with port 9090 and address 0.0.0.0 (I want to have port 80, but got access-denied or some sort). I then create a virtual server call scholar, with Id=scholar, Hosts=${com.sun.aas.hostName}, Network Listeners: http-listener-3, Default Web Module=project#project-war.war(it is the only option from the drop down list since I only deploy 1 app). Then under Applications, I set the virtual server of the application to be scholar. Save and restart. I try localhost:9090, and expecting that it will load my project like as if I type localhost:9090/project-war. But it does not. I already set the Default Web Module, to be the project, why doesnt it load the project by default?

  • How to find source of 301/302 redirect loop? Heroku GoDaddy Zerigo

I've setup a web app on heroku (cedar stack) at my-web-app.herokuapp.com and I'm trying to direct my-domain.com and www.my-domain.com to it. As per instructions on the heroku documentation, I've set my-domain.com to redirect (forwarding) to www.my-domain.com and then set a C-Name from www.my-domain.com to my-web-app.herokuapp.com. But the C-Name doesn't seem to be working right and is sending back to my-domain.com, causing a loop and I can't work out why. I first configured these setting at GoDaddy.com where I registered the domain but then tried to avoid the problem by using Heroku's Zerigo DNS add-on, setting the nameservers on GoDaddy to the ones given for Zerigo. However the problem remains.     Initially my domain , mycompany.com points to this IP: - 123.456.789.101 (sample only) Then i got another VPS and then decided to move the mycompany.com into this new IP/Host: - 987-654-123.123 (sample only) I changed the necessary stuff like DNS, etc. from my domain management panel. But when i ping it : ping mycompany.com , sometimes it gives the first IP, sometimes the second one. Also when i visit the url from the browser, sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesn't.   • Able to send, but not receive from gmail.com within Outlook 2003 (0x800CCC0F)

    In my home network, I'm able to access my @gmail.com and @otherdomain.com accounts via POP3 from Outlook 2003. When accessing from my office network, I'm not able to receive, but am able to send. I get the following error: Task 'myaccount@gmail.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' The POP3 is set to 995 (using SSL), SMTP to 465 (using SSL), Logon using SPA is NOT enabled. There is NO change I make on my system from the office to home network, except my local, internal IP address changes.

  • Java, Jacob and Microsoft Outlook events: Receiving "Can't find event iid" Error

    I am writing a Java program that interacts with Microsoft Outlook using the Jacob library (bridges COM and Java). This program creates a new MailItem, displaying its Inspector window to the user. I wish to subscribe to the inspector's Close event to know when the user is finished editing their mail item. To subscribe to the event, I followed the instructions in Jacob's documentation (about 2⁄3 down the page): The current [event] model is conceptually similar to the Visual Basic WithEvents construct. Basically, I provide a class called com.jacob.com.DispatchEvents which has a constructor that takes a source object (of type com.jacob.com.Dispatch) and a target object (of any type). The source object is queried for its IConnectionPointContainer interface and I attempt to obtain an IConnectionPoint for its default source interface (which I obtain from IProvideClassInfo). At the same time, I also create a mapping of DISPID's for the default source interface to the actual method names. I then use the method names to get jmethodID handles from the target Java object. All event methods currently must have the same signature: one argument which is a Java array of Variants, and a void return type. Here is my InspectorEventHandler class, conforming to Jacob's documentation: public class InspectorEventHandler { public void Activate(Variant[] arguments) { } public void BeforeMaximize(Variant[] arguments) { } public void BeforeMinimize(Variant[] arguments) { } public void BeforeMove(Variant[] arguments) { } public void BeforeSize(Variant[] arguments) { } public void Close(Variant[] arguments) { System.out.println("Closing"); } public void Deactivate(Variant[] arguments) { } public void PageChange(Variant[] arguments) { } } And here is how I subscribe to the events using this InspectorEventHandler class: Object outlook = new ActiveXComponent("Outlook.Application"); Object mailItem = Dispatch.call(outlook, "CreateItem", 0).getDispatch(); Object inspector = Dispatch.get(mailItem, "GetInspector").getDispatch(); InspectorEventHandler eventHandler = new InspectorEventHandler(); // This supposedly registers eventHandler with the inspector new DispatchEvents((Dispatch) inspector, eventHandler); However, the last line fails with the following exception: Exception in thread "main" com.jacob.com.ComFailException: Can't find event iid at com.jacob.com.DispatchEvents.init(Native Method) at com.jacob.com.DispatchEvents.(DispatchEvents.java) at cake.CakeApplication.run(CakeApplication.java:30) at cake.CakeApplication.main(CakeApplication.java:15) couldn't get IProvideClassInfo According to Google, a few others have also received this error. Unfortunately, none of them have received an answer. I am using version 1.7 of the Jacob library, which claims to prevent this problem: Version 1.7 also includes code to read the type library directly from the progid. This makes it possible to work with all the Microsoft Office application events, as well as IE5 events. For an example see the samples/test/IETest.java example. I noticed that the aforementioned IETest.java file subscribes to events like this: new DispatchEvents((Dispatch) ieo, ieE,"InternetExplorer.Application.1"); Therefore, I tried subscribing to my events in a similar manner: new DispatchEvents((Dispatch) inspector, eventHandler, "Outlook.Application"); new DispatchEvents((Dispatch) inspector, eventHandler, "Outlook.Application.1"); new DispatchEvents((Dispatch) inspector, eventHandler, "Outlook.Application.12"); All these attempts failed with the same error.

    Since upgrade from Quantal to raring i am not recieving any updates. For example firefox package - I have version 17 installed and apt-get update && apt-get upgrade does not find updates.
