  Here is what I have: 40" Sony Bravia LCD TV, 5+1 speaker system, lots of original Karaoke CDs, and of course, a microphone. To set up a karaoke entertainment system, what kind of hardware do I need? Are there any standalone karaoke players out there? I hope my only option is not having to connect my laptop to TV. I already have karaoke software on my laptop but I wanna step up to a higher level without the help of a computer.

I am wondering if Youtube may have an API to download the flv-file, where can I find it in that case? Have anyone build an own script, may someone wanna help be building it?   I wanna upload a song to youtube, and put a static 1280x720 pic as the video. I'd like the format to be one of the recommended ones. I tried Windows Movie Maker 2.6 but it only generated a 640x480 video. I also tried Windows Live Movie Maker but it put a big black margin around my pic (and unexplicably, produced a video with a slightly lower volume). Do you know any way to do what I need?

  I wanna add support of watermarking on my FLV videos. Previously I used to do that using FFMPEG's vhook option but due to some problems I had to upgrade it to the latest svn revision. This version of FFMPEG doesn't have vhook support anymore. I have tried mencoder with bmovl but mencoder seems to be pretty difficult to work with. Is there any other feasible option of watermarking FLV videos?

  I have a server app that crushes when the HDD free space it's a multiple of 4Gb (on a Windows Server 2003). In general i keep track myself o that weekly since i use the machine from time to time. Can you point out an app or script (i don't wanna install powershell, is this doable???) that copies some larger files from one folder to another to get the free space out of the multiple of 4Gb range.   I have a Toshiba laptop with wi-fi connected internet. Now I wanna connect my phone to my laptop and use its Internet connection ( I can't buy new wi-fi or 3g supported mobile phone ). I have no problem connecting k610 to my laptop, and even shared my GPRS internet connection with my PC. but can't do contrary. How can I connect my k610 mobile (which not support wi-fi connections) to Internet via my Toshiba laptop ( with bluetooth ) ? P.S: My PC OS is Ubuntu Linux 9.10

  I got a 200GB .tgz file on server A(RHEL 5.2). I wanna transfer that file to server B (RHEL 5.3). Server B is on ESXi 4 Update1. I gave 10GB to that Server B VM, with 4 vCPUs. Both Server A and Server B are connected with an ethernet cable with local IP addies (no switch involved) scp gives me about 3Mbps. Is there a way to get 400Mbps?
