  • remove utf-8 figure spaces with php

    I have some xml files with figure spaces in it, I need to remove those with php. The utf-8 code for these is e2 80 a9. If I'm not mistaken php does not seem to like 6 byte utf-8 chars, so far at least I'm unable to find a way to delete the figure spaces with functions like preg_replace. Anybody any tips or even better a solution to this problem?

  • remove/ignore float from outer div

    This may sound weird but i have some css which aligns mys divs. In one place i also use http://www.brunildo.org/test/img_center.html which centers images. Now i want my divs inside a larger div to go to another line if this one gets full. float: left seems to be the answer. The problem is it ruins my formatting. Including solution in the above link. I have this test code. If i remove the width and float it looks fine except it may take up too much space and not go to another line. I was thinking i could use float on an outerdiv and center the image within. However float: left is still breaking it.   • How to remove "Standard Error" column from xtable() output of an lm on R/RSweave/LaTeX

    I'm currently doing some data analysis on population data, so reporting the standard errors in the tables of parameter coefficients just doesn't really make statistical sense. I've done a fair bit of searching and can't find any way to customize the xtable output to remove it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?     i am using below code to print my content of webpage in asp.net using javascript window.print(document.getElementById('dvPrint')); when i do print, it automatically adds date time on page.. (i think because of page setup) in firefox. please tell me how can i remove this setting. i mean i dont want datetime to be printed automatically on my print page (even if its set in pagesetup).

    Let's say I have 10 breakpoints and I want to clear one but not the other 9. If I toggle the breakpoint on the one that I want to remove, it is resurrected the next time I restart the app. The only way that I know to permanently get rid of it is to clear ALL the breakpoints, which I would rather not do since I would have to reset the other 9. Is there a better way in ANY VS version?
