  • rockscroll or metalscroll for vis 2010

    Has any one found a replacement for rockscroll or metalscroll for visual studio 2010? I miss it so much that i looked into making one my self but only have word highlighting working and a place holder scroll bar and seems to be much harder than i thought it would be.     I have a website that uses AjaxControlToolkit.dll and Log4Net.dll; When I try to run the performance profiling tool in VS 2010 on it it gives me the following warnings "AjaxControlToolkit.dll is signed and instrumenting it will invalidate its signature. If you proceed without a post-instrument event to re-sign the binary it may not load correctly". Now, if I choose the option to continue without re-signing the profiling starts but the assembly doesn't load and gives an ASP.NET exception.

    I have download and installed Visual Studio 2010 RC and I want to develop for the new Windows Phone 7. But when I run the vm_web.exe (that IS the name of the exe file, isn't it?), It still says that I haven't installed Silverlight 4.0 SDK, BUT I have installed the Silverlight SDK. In my control panel's menu, it says I have installed "Microsoft Silverlight 4 Beta SDK".

    In 2008 Artur Carvalho asked for an Alternative IDE for Silverlight and was told to look at Visual Studio Express. Is that still the valid answer in 2010 or are there other IDEs one should consider (cost/ OS it runs on / stability)? I'm trying to get a feel for silverlight development before commiting cash. So I don't need enterprize level tools or a license to distribute .. Would MonoDevelop and Moonlight be an option?

    Hey guys, in Visual Studio 2010 I can point to a bunch of classes and create a diagram. However, the diagram by default doesn't recognize any relationships between the classes, except inheritance and implementations. Is there a way, ideally by using Attributes, to define class and property relationships and associations in such a way that it is picked up by a new Class Diagram automatically? cheers!

    Just downloaded the Visual Studio 2010 Premium and realized that can't compile the project, made for PDA! The error log in output window says: Loading D:\Work...\PDA2.csproj ... D:\Work...\PDA2.csproj : error : The project file 'D:\Work...\PDA2.csproj' cannot be opened. The project type is not supported by this installation. I want to know if mobile development projects are supported in RTM version or they are deprecated?
